Clean overall. Beautiful lobby with personnel always ready to assist. Very close to Taipei 101 with a walk bridge connecting to the mall itself.

I have been with the brand name for years wherever I go. If I look for a good location with nice and decent accommodation, the Hyatt is the place to go. It’s a no brainer.

Free parking! Within the walking distance to Taipei 101, restaurants, night clubs. The executive suite has a nice layout for business travelers.

I like the location of the hotel, opposite is Taipei 101. A lot of shopping mall around the area. Night market near the hotel which is a walking distance is Lin Jiang street night market and Raohe night market which is 10- 15 minutes depending on traffic. Fantastic food!

This is my 2nd time staying at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Taipei. The staff and services are excellent! They go out of their way to make your stay wonderful! They even remember led my birthday and sent a cake and a nicely written card to the room! The location is centrally located, and you can walk anywhere! I would stay there again and again!

It’s in the center of city. Close to 101 building that is landmark of Taipei. Walk distance to shopping mall and restaurant. Best area in the city. The hotel is one of best and famous place in Taipei. Many business travelers and rich people live in or use this hotel including some political leaders used this hotel recently for election campaigning.

We had a great time! The staff were kind and friendly, the room was clean and the staff took time to take care of my young son’s cuddliest which brought a smile to his face every night when we came back. The shower pressure was excellent and needless to say that the location was awesome. Only tiny thing to note is that the cafe in the lobby doesn’t open early - so during the week you’d need to go to the Starbucks next door. We had a great time and will definitely stay again.

Amazing location which allows you to walk to all the department stores and restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious. A few things that I did noticed was you can clearly hear the sounds from hallway.
