Quiet, clean, comfortable, elevators SLOW!

Cons: Speed up the elevator
Location: Good access to Tacoma
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, since this is near the freeway I was surprised, but my room didn't face the freeway so can't say that is true for all rooms. Only complaint was the elevator that was beyond slow!!! Oh, the ice machine on the second floor wasn't working, but that happens. I'd stay here again. It's close to several places to eat and it looks like the Elmer's across the street will do room service.

Pros: Price
Cons: Better pillows and more towels. Better breakfast and fresher.
Pleasant staff. The hotel is dated but I didnt expect much. Very poor continental breakfast. Stale croissants and muffins. Pillows terrible but bed was comfy enough.

Do not stay here

Cons: New management
Location: OK it is in a good location next to I-5 and good amount of restaurants near by
First off get there and get a hold of 134.00 on my act for a 50.00 fee. Was not explained.Went to my room ,door would not secure went down to get a new room and the desk clerk seemed upset that I wanted a new room. Then finally got new room,at around 12 am had a vehicle outside my room running and had people talking loud. I have stayed here in the past and it was not like this with hidden fees,freeze on acts. next time I'll spend the money and stay at hotel Murano a very nice hotel in downtown tacoma.

The majority of all hotels now process an additional charge to cover incidental charges such as restaurant, bar, movies, etc. charges. First impression, something we always remember. Front desk lady was very rude and grumpy. Only stayed there to sleep. Cleaning lady is kicking us out by 1150 when check out is 12. I would never say there.
