Great price and nice free breakfast bufet.

I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms. Very nice staff. Fairly close to the Tacoma dome. Nice clean pool and spa. Ate at the on-site restaurant once and dinner fare was very good. Fitness center is small but okay. Expect it to be crowded at the usual morning and evening hours.

Nice Hotel, a bit isolated

Posted 03-Sep-2014
Pros: Price point - very reasonable , clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Basic, yet servicable fitness center and a small pool, passable breakfast.
Cons: The stark glossy white walls and ceiling need to be updated with warmer colours and finishes,
Location: Location is next to the Tacoma dome, but otherwise completely isolated from any sense of neighborhood or ambiance. Nowhere near business or shopping.
Room was stark in appearance but very clean with a comfortable bed and recliner, it was dark when required and very quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very basic but offered healthy choices. Trapped between the Port of Tacoma and the Tacoma Dome there is no neighborhood, shopping, eating or ambiance within walking distance.

Worn out hotel with nice people trying to help

Posted 02-Sep-2014
Pros: The beds and bath were clean - kudos to the staff.
Cons: Update the furniture. Re-landscape and update the furniture by the pool that all people in lobby, cafeteria can view into. Repaint the entire interior
Location: There is nothing to do nearby.
This hotel needs an update in a bad way. For the cost of the hotel - it feels like Motel 6 with a clean bed. The 'free' breakfast included canned fruit, styrofoam plates and coffee cups, OJ that tasted like Tang. The yogurt and boild eggs were the only real items worth eating. Others (frozen waffle and bagels) were outdated, stale and not much nutritional content.

Great location and reasonable price for a night while attending a concert at the T Dome. One might think about leaving the bar open after a rock concert (Eagles). Left a Kindle there and it was not turned in...hard to figure.

Cons: The menu in the bar could be improved. There were no vegetarian options except for french fries and potato salad.
I liked the hotel lobby and the desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Okay to stay

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: Staffs are very responsive and friendly.
Cons: Elevator and pool area lighting needs to be improved. Hallway light (5th floor) was changed during our stay otherwise also need improvement
Location: Drive over to Seattle (look for coupons), Boeing (Everett) & Tacoma Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
Close to Tacoma Dome next to freeway - very noisy. Old beds with valley in middle. Breakfast is good for budget hotel standard. On site restaurant and 24-hr Subway nearby. Could not find comparable price anywhere in Seattle because of peak summer and Seahawk game but okay with us because we drove. Coffee & tea and microwave in lobby. Microwave and refrigerator not in every room. Make sure to ask if you need one.

Great location

Conveniently located hotel. We like to stay here because they don't charge for pets. The continental breakfast is great if you like sugar! The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable.
