Clean, sharp

Posted 13-Apr-2014
Pros: Artsy
Cons: Bite
Spent one night while traveling, comfy beds. Would recommend seating downstairs - better scene. We ate at restaurant on 4th floor, Bite, table was dark. Food good, not great.

Great staff, great room, great location!

Posted 10-Apr-2014
Location: While in the area I worked at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, ate at many lovely restaurants nearby and went jogging along the waterfront. Gorgeous!
I was in Tacoma for work and stayed at Hotel Murano. I had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing... super nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great... great food and drinks. Location was perfect.... I had a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier and the water. Thank you for an amazing experience!

College Visit

Posted 04-Apr-2014
This was a great hotel to stay at while we visited the local colleges. My only complaint was the spa...I tried to book online appointments for my daughter. It was after hours and they said they would call to confirm. No call by the next day so I called them and was really disappointed to find out that they were all booked. Why do businesses have online inquiry and booking tools if they don't work? We loved seeing all of the unique glass sculptures, too.

3/6-3/13

Posted 16-Mar-2014
Pros: I liked almost everything
Cons: already answered ubove.
Location: The things to do near by was perfect, the addition having a connection to the YMCA was awesome.
My family enjoyed our seven night stay. I do have some suggestions: 1. The menu at the BITE is not kid friendly, with exception to the late night menu. 2. Having to use a room key in the elevator can at times be aggravating. 3.Create a more inviting and warmer area for your smoking guests, we are important also.

Great location near the convention center

Posted 10-Mar-2014
Pros: location
Cons: The resturant, went in for a drink and a happy hour appetizer while waiting for friends, got my drink right away but waited 20 minutes for appetizer.
Location: Shops, art gallery, plenty of resturants
Was here on business, room was nice and clean, resturants were within walking distance and facilities were great.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff

Posted 01-Feb-2014
Pros: It is a gorgeous hotel, it was like staying in a glass museum.
Cons: The bed was quite hard and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Location: It is very close to the convention center.
My husband and I stayed one night and though the bed was hard, everything else was fabulous. The bartender at the lobby went out of his was to make sure we had a good night; my mother-in-law and I ordered irish coffees that were a bit strong for us and he went up to the restaurant to get bigger cups so we could add coffee and cream to the drinks. He made sure we were happy and satisfied customers. Every staff member I interacted with at the hotel was professional and helpful.

Great Location.

Posted 30-Jan-2014
Pros: Very friendly, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Located downtown and has a market close by and several restaurants.
We came to Tacoma to move our daughter, her husband and young son to the Tacoma area. I saw the Hotel on the internet and thought it looked great and was close to where we were moving our daughter. It turned out to be better than we thought. The restaurant food was delicious, and the hotel is pet friendly. We had our daughters two dogs and it worked out great. We will definitely book this hotel again when we go for visits.

Only one issue

Posted 26-Jan-2014
Only complaint was the Valet. When he brought our car he didn't open the door for my girlfriend. Small issue, and the only negative... But it is the small things that stand out when staying at finer hotels. The fire alarm going off was just funny... Maybe staying on the top floor isn't always a good idea.
