Comfort in Tacoma.

The room was not only clean but the pillows and towels were first rate. We had a lovely view of the port and the staff was very accomadating as I had two children accompanying me on this 5 day business trip. The food for room service was always hot and delicious. All I could've asked for.

The closest hotel to local hospitals

Pros: The view at night and the comfortable bed.
Cons: The front desk giving guests messages and being sensitive to client's needs
Location: One mile from some of Tacoma's hospitals
The closest hotel to where cancer treatment is given yet there is no van service offered. In order to have refrigeration availabe in rooms you have to recieve key to locked liquor counter, very difficult situation to put a recovering addict in who now has meds that require refrigeration. We did not recieve an important message left for us upon arrival. Staff seemed unconcerned about these issues. If you are healthy, wealthy and carefree it might be the place for you, I'll never visit the hotel again. A positive, the bed was very comfortable and the view was great.

Good Experience

It started well with attentive valet service. As we were early for check in, the clerk tried to shift us to a double bed room with the promise of a paid dinner. After explaining we wanted to stay with a King deluxe room, we were accommodated within 15 minutes. Room was comfortable but even on the seventh floor we heard loud outdoor activity. No big deal for us but it is a consideration if you are very sensitive to sound. All in all a good experience for our one night stay.

Classy and comfortable

Gorgeous building with beautiful glass art. Staff was accommodating, cheerful, and good looking. Food was excellent as far as I am concerned. Easy parking. We stayed over the fourth to get away from the neighborhood bombing raid that takes places every year. Instead of windows shaking and dogs freaking out we enjoyed a quiet super comfortable sleep with breakfast in bad the next morning. We are hooked on Murano.

Exquisite

The atmosphere is very welcoming, art work is really modern. Night life there's live music playing. The comfort of our room was very pleasant, clean, and enjoyable. The staff are really nice and accommodating especially when my flight came in a few hours earlier than check in time.

Worth the short stay

Pros: Convenience, location, quality, spacious room.
A real treat for my daughter and I after enjoying the fireworks at Commencement Bay in Tacoma. Courteous staff. Artwork eye-catching. Upgrades all over the place, yet blend in to an overall feel of quality. We'll be back.

So beautiful and comfortable

Pros: The glass, the nice light in the room, the freaking awesome view out the window.
Cons: Just those pesky elevators. I think that's what they were dong -- improving them -- so one was closed.
Location: Don't know, this was a conference so I didn't get out much. Had a great time though!
Loved everything about this hotel, including good green consciousness ( small recycle bin in the room, 3 choices on eco-maid service). The only issue was that one elevator was out and the group I was with found that inconvenient (I'm one of those wackos who takes the stairs up & down for the cardio benefit). The glass collection was fantastic, really added to the whole experience.

The hotel was nice in a nice area. Close to things downtown and only 12 minute taxi to Emerald Queen Casino.

This Hotel Rocks !!!

Pros: The Glass Blower theme that was on display
Cons: Nothing
Location: Its Seattle there plenty of stuff to do.
I check in on a night that they were sold and and they upgraded me to the Premium Morris Suite on the 25th Floor The Suite was amazing and the Detail of the Glass Blower was tremendous.
