The staff is courteous & the cleaning staff very humble & non-invasive. Having better lighting around the property would be better, but the motel may not own those areas or have control over that.

Upon our arrival, the room stank, there was hair in the shower, the mirrors were dirty, and the vent was pulled out of the wall. The tiles were cracked and there was a random patch in the shower wall. The sink was chipped with specks of black, and clogged .

Thank You for the feedback upon check in we have a sigh posted that you have 10 minutes to check out your unit if there any issues we will gladly change your unit you did not return and if it was so bad why did you stay 2 additional hours after check out time 3 nights no issues until you checked out

We were given a room without a proper lock/deadbolt ( very unsafe). 1st floor window did not have a stable screen or lock. The window was Also cracked. The overall cleanliness was a 0/10- the carpet floor looked like it clearly hadn't been vacuumed anytime recently. The layer of dust/ grease/black spots was Apparent all over the floors! Disgusting. Also- we didn't receive our $40 cash deposit back because they said we smoked in the room?!?! They found ONE butt from a previous guest ( I assume) - because we don't even smoke! Overall - we will never stay there again 😭

thank you for the feedback but are you the person who let someone in the side door that had no I D and was not checked in with front desk upon check in you are given 10 minutes to inspect your unit and return if there are issues you had no complaints

The most revolting place I have ever stayed in any of the 5 continents I’ve visited. The bed smelled worse than an unserviced bus depot toilet stall. I would describe it as a “urine raft”, which was wet for unexplained reasons. The peephole was torn out, the latch lock broken, black mold came flooding out the tub faucet when I turned it on, part of the ceiling was missing, floor had heavily chemical scented wetness, which battled the urine stench for olfactory dominance, and the door frames looked chewed off (but by who?). Perhaps the most disturbing thing was when I came back to find the sink freshly wet and littered with short hairs. I do not shave, or even have that color of hair. I also saw people openly smoking things off tinfoil in the parking lot. Additionally, the breakfast is STILL gone due to covid restrictions in 2023. Pool looks like it has never been opened, so don’t expect it. Initially, I had adopted the attitude that I got what I paid for, my bad for not reading the reviews, which you should do if only for the entertainment. Also , note that the pictures of happy families and pretty grounds on the website are actually stock images. The fact that someone was USING my room while I was away was what secured its position as worlds most revolting. The grounds have piles of trash and broken glass. On the plus side it wasn’t super loud at night and some of the staff were friendly.

I walked into my room and there was an immediate strong smell of urine. The carpet had stains and it was not clean. I called to the front desk and asked to at least change rooms, but she said they were overbooked and offered Lysol spray. That was unbearable. I did not stay and when I asked for a refund I was told that because I was in the room for 30 minutes I could not receive a refund. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I had to find another place to stay when it was so late at night. Do NOT stay at the Guesthouse in Fife, WA!

After we checked in, we left instead of sleeping there, even though we prepaid and couldn't get a refund. It felt unsafe - there were several people hanging out in different spots the dark parking lots in front of and behind the building; someone propped open the unlit and unmarked back entrance that needs a key card to get in; and there wasn't a bar lock on the room door (but there were about 20 holes drilled randomly in the doorframe and wall instead). The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The desk worker was sweet and the room had been cleaned, but the furniture and walls were damaged.

They never answered the phone for me or the Expedia agent and I never actually stayed here. Worst booking process ever, and can’t trust that staff will actually be present to check into rooms or process refunds for a room I didn’t even get.

our desk is open 24/7 if we are not at our desk we are helping other guests We have had the booking companies say they are calling with the guest stand at the desk and they are not calling and also there is a 24 hour cancellation policy

Be warned: If you show up for your reservation past midnight they keep your money and sell your room off to someone else. I had to learn the hard way and was turned away by the front desk for not notifying them ahead of time. I’d never heard of this policy and assumed the room was mine regardless of when I arrive, but the price I paid for that was close to $100, no shower and an overnight stay in my car at a random rest stop.

your check in time is 3 p.m until midnight after midnight it is a new day we wait until 2 a.m which is more then fair it is written in things you should know when you book online we even will check you in if you call and let us know you are coming on a prepaid reservation you can not expect us to hold a out of date reservation until 5 or 6 a m

The hotel is old and dirty. The room I stay is missing an Iron and the hair dryer is not working. Staff was helpful to get help is the only good side. I do not recommend this to friends event though price is low compared to others in the same area.

I liked NOTHING about this hotel: 1. Sink drain leaked onto the floor. 2. Sink only put out hot water (no cold water). 3. TV did not work. When I informed the front desk, they did NOT care. 4. Toilet seat was dirty. 5. Black mold on wall next to toilet. 6. Air conditioner did not fit in hole. I could see light and feel hot air from the sides and the top of the A/C unit. 7. Returning from dinner Saturday evening, there were two armed federal agents in the lobby. I did not ask them why they were there, but I assumed it was not good. I can not emphasize enough to any traveler considering staying here, DON'T DO IT!

This place should be torn down. A punched hole in our bathroom door. AC held up w duct tape. Stains of old blood on the walls. This "motel" was taken over by homeless we found out durring COVID and it is degusting.

MY WORST STAY
Terrible stay, despite the fact that the ladies at the check in were very friendly and helpful.Lots of trash piled up outside. Hotel not clean with door broken into, evidence of blood on door handle. Seems like a shelter with some rough people and loud music and shouting from many rooms.

You get what you pay for with this one. Sure it was cheap, but had I known I would’ve not had access to any amenities, I would not have stayed here. There are absolutely zero amenities. Water fluctuates between hot and cold. area felt very unsafe. Garbage everywhere don’t be deceived by the pictures.

Made a reservation 2 months in advance and when I showed up they had nothing available and the lady at the front desk was kind of rude about it. Came back hours later and still had to wait. The room had holes in the walls, stains on the carpet, the wifi was terribly slow, and I had a big old spider on my bed. They don’t do breakfast anymore, and lot of the “extras” they show are not being offered anymore. Overall wouldn’t recommend a night here.
