Very Dirty.

Pros: The coffee they supplied as part of breakfast was good.
Cons: Clean the room.
Location: Fife, Washington.
We were not told that there was NO MAID SERVICE and had to ask for our garbage to be removed and to get more clean towels. We were given 1 roll of toilet tissue for a 3 day stay. The stove in the room was dirty. We found clothing on the floor from the previous guest. When we left we checked under the beds to see if anything had been pushed under it and could not believe how dirty it was, We don't think it had seen a vaccuum cleaner in over 6 months.

Needs exhaust fan!

Any room with a kitchenette needs an exhaust fan. The room smelled like old cooked food...it really smelled bad! There isn't even an exhaust fan on the bathroom. No ice machine & bad morning coffee in the lobby.

Nice quiet location

Pros: The closeness to the Freeway & the cleanliness! The gal at the front desk, Alyson, was exceptionally nice, very helpful & considerate!!
Cons: Cleaning staff to check on a daily basis to see if we needed anything!
Location: The location was close to everything we needed plus the Casino was a nice addition to the stay as we enjoyed dinner on the 3rd floor one evening !
The entire stay was quite pleasant, all the staff were just great, especially Alyson at the front desk, room was nice, clean, & quiet! We stayed from Thursday 7/31 to 8/3!! We appreciated the availability to restaurants & other needed places within driving distance!

If you want a hard bed hard pillows and a short handed staff this is the hotel for you! Also you'll be woken up to the sound of the housecleaning crew vacuuming rooms at 7am

Extreme minimalism

Pros: Nothing. Absurd that it is rated 2.5 stars by expedia, and after "upgrade", tax and fees, the $91 price was no bargain.
Cons: Everything. Especially kitchen materials, more comfortable beds.
Location: Industrial area next to highway. No services nearby.
First sign that this would be a disappointing hotel was the roaring and odor emanating from some kind of petroleum facility directly across the already noisy freeway. Second sign was a very slow front desk check-in process, by the end of which I was having to fork over an extra $11 for an "upgrade" to 2 double beds. On arriving at the room, it was apparent that the "kitchen" was devoid of any dishes, utensils, soap, cookware, soap, etc. When I called the front desk, they said I could come down and get some dishes there (no offer to send up), and they gave me precisely 2 of each dish and cutlery. When we went to make breakfast of toast and cereal, I discovered there was no toaster-- apparently that must also GE reauested. Ditto, ice trays (given that there is no ice machine on the property). Beds were small (my son and I are 6'3") and overly firm. Facilities seemed worn out and spartan. Between noise from highway and loud a/c and overly firm, undersized beds, sleep was poor.

The room stunk, it was very hot outside and the room very humid and air conditioner only blew hot air. There were greasy finger print smears all over the tv, and white dried drippings on the dressers. Left the same night, and still paid full price.

Cons: The free "breakfast" wasn't much of a breakfast. Coffee, a muffin and an apple. Disappointed in that but otherwise a good experience.
Good, liked the location and the price. Nice to have a kitchen but there were no utensils or cooking supplies.

Hotel was what I expected. Hotel room was a little musty. Breakfast? No, a Quaker cereal bar and some coffee is NOT breakfast.

You have world class front desk staff. But the cleaning of your suites need attention: toilets yellow rings, sheets did not smelled cleaned rather like they were not changed from last guess. Mirror still with splatter from last guess, etc. Again front desk staff very nice.
