Comfortable. Quiet enough No amenities such as coffee or tea. Just average. As good as nearby motels though with no breakfast.

Frustrating

Posted 14-Jul-2015
They gave us 2 spoons, 2 knives, 3 mugs, 1 dinner plate, and 3 saucers to use for the kitchen. They said they had nothing to cook with, pots/pans, etc., which is why we reserved this hotel (mainly to save money not eating out by using the stove). They didn't have clean towels to give us 3 days later either. It is not the safest area as well, so I would advise not staying here.

Worst Experience Ever

Posted 29-Jun-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
We reserved a room that was supposed to have two queen beds and be non-smoking with free Wifi. When we got there we were given a room with two double beds. From the smell it clearly was not a non-smoking room. The smoke smell did help to mask the smell of mold and mildew however. The room was tiny and dirty. The bedspreads had holes (burn holes maybe?) in them. The towels were not clean and were threadbare. There was no Wifi. When we complained we were told that this was the only room available. We did not expect a luxury room but did expect it to at least be the room we booked and to be habitable.

Do not recommended this motel to anyone.

Pros: Location was good - near where we wanted to go in Tacoma. Desk staff were very nice.
Cons: Bigger beds, bigger TV screens. Kleenex and more bathroom linens. Clean out pet smells.
We expected a cheap hotel, but this was not pleasant. It smelled terribly of dog urine, especially in the corner where a closet might have been. No kleenex. One wash cloth for 2 people. A Double bed - but they were upfront about it ahead of time. The TV screen was so small I had to get out my reading glasses to see it. Only one nightstand - I had to use a dirty chair for the other.

Never Again

Posted 19-Jun-2015
Pros: Good location.
Cons: see above
Location: good location
The room smelled of smoke, I request two queens beds and was given a single double bed. The room was not ready an hour after check-in. The original room was under maintenance, but they never contacted me about the change.

I wish I had known

Posted 16-Jun-2015
That they only clean the room and give fresh linens once a week, and rent cooking and eating utensils. They do not give extra pillows or blankets do to theft. They are actually not an average motel but rather a live-in facility that advertises as a motel. That they have regular police visits due to their clientele. BEST PRICE DEFINITELY DOES NOT = GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THIS CASE.

OK Motel

Posted 05-May-2015
It's OK motel if you are just looking for place to sleep. nothing else. Crappy mattress topper, light cover sitting on the table. I would spend more and sleep somewhere else

Ok hotel considering the price of the rooms

Posted 15-Apr-2015
Pros: I liked the fact that you could not get into the hotel unless you had a key card to open the door.
Cons: The hotel could use some TLC. Mostly cosmetic.
Location: The Tacoma mall is about 10 minutes away. Downtown is about 15 min, as is the port of Tacoma and the Tacoma dome.
Hotel is not in the best part of town but close to most things like the mall and downtown. Drove from Colorado and arrived two hours before check in time but they allowed me to check in anyway which was nice since I really wanted a shower. The main draw back I guess was that it looked like people were living in the hotel, not just guests but actually living there.
