“It fit our needs excellently, within out budget.”

This hotel provided a room and service significantly superior to others we have used in the same geographical area that have been in the same price range. One of the superior amenities is the complimentary buffet breakfast, which includes real food with actual nutritional value, rather than nothing more than the sugar-loaded cold cereals and pastries which is offered by others in the area as a complimentary breakfast. Also of value was the easy availability and accessability of baggage carts--something either missing or very difficult to find at other motels we have used in this area. Also very pleasant as a protection from either rain or hot sun is the large and convenenient convered drive-through protecting the entrance to the lobby.

“house hunting”

The clarion hotel offered a decent room for the price and was centrally located to most of southern king and northern pierce county. The only complaints where that of the bed not its cleanliness but of its comfort level, none. Other then that it was an acceptible choice for our trip

“Awesome Hotel for the money”

My family & I were very happy with our stay at the hotel. They allowed our dogs to come with us. We utilized the gym in the morning, the pool in the evening & the complimentry breakfast was great. Considering the reasonable price - it's definetly a hotel I would recommend. They also sell discounted wild waves tickets which was perfect.

“not too impressed”

I have never stayed at a hotel that would not allow a lil margin of extra time for check out. We were there for a soccer tournament and needed an extra hr to kill for the finals. They were ringing our phone and knocking on the door at 12 sharp. It isn't a busy location they didn't have large crowds. I have never stayed at a clarion before the rooms are cheap and there is a reason they are definitely a two star hotel. Breakfast on a Sunday was over at 10 so when we came back from our first game breakfast was over. Bar and restaurant opened 30 minutes late. Tacky!

“Prefer real queen sized room”

Everything else is great except the bed--not queen sized bed but more like a full sized bed. The hotel should provide two beds in the room if the bed is that small--the full sized bed could not fit two people comfortably.

“Convenient location”

We chose this hotel because it was a good point of departure to Tacoma and Mt. St. Helen's and to Seattle. It was very comfortable and clean; staff was very friendly and competent. The breakfast was varied and well stocked on weekend although some food and dishes were in short supply on weekdays. A small fridge and microwave in the spacious room were appreciated.

“Great, comfortable, conveniently located hotel”

The hotel is clean, well maintained and attractive. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. The breakfast is great...so is the location. Little hard to find, but it is worth it.

“Excellent value for the money”

My wife and I stayed at the Clarion Hotel Federal Way for 5 nights, and found everything about this hotel a pleasurable experience. The room was large, comfortable, and without maintenance problems. The breakfast buffet was much better than that experienced at many other motels. It is also an excellent location, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and centrally located to Seattle and Tacoma without the big-city price. I paid more than I usually do for this room, but other motels in the area that I have stayed in didn't provide the high level of service, quality, and comfort as the Clarion Hotel Federal Way.
