Close to everything

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly.
Cons: Having more fruit options at breakfast
Location: Wild Waves, Tacoma Dome, Abella Pizzeria, Old Spaghetti Factory, Old Book Strore,
We stayed for 3 nights while sight seeing in the Seattle area. The hotel was clean and quiet and our room was just the right size for our family. The best part was the free breakfast in the AM, there was a variety of food and drink choices and ample seating. The hotel was within walking distance to several restaurants and the parking is free

NOTHING, BUT THE BEST!

Posted 28-Jul-2014
Cheaper rate, but the MOST EXPENSIVE in EVERY ASPECT compare to expensive or high rate hotel around! Service, cleanliness, free breakfast buffet, and with free parking are SUPER. Free internet. Blemish... Only internet, there's a bit lagging!

Tacoma Dome Best Western Plus

Posted 27-Jul-2014
Pros: The breakfast was good and the view was nice although we were not facing the water.
Cons: The parking lot hadn't been striped in decades and there were weeds growing out of the pavement. The landscaping was shabby and under watered.
Location: Right next to the Tacoma Dome. Lots to do if one wanted to spend time in the area.
First thing I noticed was it looked like my Dad's old TV was in the room. It was some 19" screen RCA that had a horrible picture. Funny thing is they had excellent flat screen TV's in the public areas and they had excellent pictures. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. I notices that the hot water valve was turned off. Once it was turned on it was only hot water and had to be run for five minutes for the cold to catch up even though the selector handle was turned all the way to the cold side. The room was hard to get the right temperature. If once turned the thermostat more than 1/16" the heat came on or nudged the other way it too cold. The I ended up paying $172 for a Hotel room that felt like 50 dollar motel. There was no extra blankets in the room and it was cold due to the malfunctioning A/C. The free (of course it isn't free) breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't stay there again.

Pros: Clean hotel, easy freeway access, great breakfast, and quiet room. Cons: parking garage full and compact cars only. Sketchy area of town. Dated hallways and parts of lobby.

False Advertisment.

Posted 20-Jul-2014
I arrived at 3:30, my rooms STILL weren't ready for check in. When my receipt says 3:00 check in. It was quite frustrating and I was in the end late for a very important event. The hotel was nice, nothing spectacular. But, for what I paid it was a little disappointing.

Last minute stay

Posted 06-Jul-2014
We ended up checking in late around 8:30p when the restaurant closed at 9p I expected to find a listing of close by restaurants, etc. but I didn't even care that there wasn't any after seeing how clean and comfy my room was.

I was very disappointed, there was hair in my bath

Posted 02-Jul-2014
Not only was there hair in my bathtub but there was dirty dishes left next to the elevator, which was there when I checked in, and it stinked bad. As I left the next morning the smell was still along with the dishes. I checked in the day before at 1 or so and checked out at noon. That means those dishes sat for more then 24 hrs and who knows how much longer after I left.

Disappointing.

Posted 01-Jul-2014
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Free shuttle to airport, free wi-fi, free parking, free breakfast.
Cons: very little sound insulation between floors and was very out dated needs new carpets
Had to stay near airport, so this was convenient. You do get what you pay for this was a lower price, but after seeing the place it should have been even lower. Carpets definitely need replacing or at least cleaning.
