The staff was very accommodating, especially the Libations staff that kept the restaurant open two hours later than normal on the night we arrived after repeated flight delays and lost luggage. We really needed something to eat and drink and were provided everything even though we arrived just 10 minutes before they were supposed to close at 11p on Saturday, Sept. 20. Much appreciated.
I was very pleased with this location. The rooms are nice, modern, clean and comfy. The staff was very courteous and the amenities are enough to declare hotel as my "home away from home" when I am in R.I. It is close to everything e.i. highways, restaurants, Airport and JWU. I look forward to returning.
Hotel is in an industrial area but for our purposes is the perfect place to stay (our daughter attends providence college). The hotel is decorated beautifully, the rooms are spacious and very clean. If pressed my single complaint is the lack of a dehumidifying fan in the rest room. The breakfast offers everything and is reasonable. The hotel is in close proximity to several eateries. We were tired from our trip and was able to eat dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel.
We recently stayed at Homewood Suites Warwick in order to attend a wedding. Having two children who were not going to the ceremony, it was important that the accommodations be comfortable for all day staying and entertaining, not just sleeping overnight. This hotel met the mark, with the pool and tennis court facilities to give the kids hours of carefree entertainment. The breakfast each morning was delicious, hot, and filling, with many choice for everyone to select from. I will definitely consider another stay the next time we are in the area.
