Just a nice hotel in a pleasant central area. Adequate comfort for a brief stay, all basics are there. The only problem I encountered was heating/air-conditioning: not possible to get the right setting. Very good breakfast.
We liked the room and restaurant.
We did not like the old fashioned hairdryer. The lights in the bathroom should also be replaced. It is too dark inside.
Staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice and fresh and hotel was central

Functional hotel
Hotel Atrium is a functional hotel, nothing really remarkable and a little dated. The room we status in was quite long and narrow and looked a little Communist era - although I'm not sure that was the intention. The staff were nice and friendly. We didn't eat or use facilities so can't helpfully comment on that. This is the your of hotel it is fine to pass through for an evening but not one you would be interested to spend time in to relax - not a destination in itself. 4* is a bit generous, however the price for our stay was very good
Nice boutique hotel with excellent restaurant. Rooms needs some updating (for example, hairdryers are very old fashioned(. The staff is friendly and professional.
The service varied from good to quite bad depending on the person. Breakfast was nice, room spacious, but they need to work on cleanliness. There’s a hospital close by and ambulances with sirens on pass by very often.
We enjoyed our stay of one night, the staff were courteous, professional and were fluent in english. Free monitored parking was a bonus, we had forgotten to close a window and were notified quickly. The free breakfast was generous and excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely old refurbished hotel near city center. Air conditioned, clean and quiet with an elevator. Great buffet breakfast and safe monitored parking for vehicles. Very nice and accommodating staff.
Hotel Atrium reminded my wife and I of hotels we had stayed in Riga, the physical appearance as well as the food and amenities are very similar, they really should change the bedspread. Which leaves the hotel on the very edge of being 4 star, the Holiday Inn near Tegel Airport easily tops it. Great location for us as Bohema restaurant is almost next door and don't forget the 24 hour flower shop at the traffic circle nearby. Substantial breakfast. A bonus is being able to open the window as well as the free parking outside.
the kindness and professionalism of the staff, very good breakfast, very spacious and comfortable room, convenient transport to the city center, free Wi-Fi, parking included in the price, excellent cuisine, I recommend
I recently stayed at this hotel whilst I was on a business trip to Szczecin. In general, I found the service to be good and the staff helpful when needed. The hotel is probably at the limit for a 4* rating, but was clean and comfortable with good sized rooms. The Italian-Polish fusion cusine is quite good and the breakfast more than adequate. If you need to stay around this part of the city you could do a lot worse than this hotel.
Looked like a lovely place to stay on the web, but in reality it was very different. Staff were not very friendly or welcoming (although there did seem to be a wedding reception on). Althought the hotel was far from full, we were initially given a (non-smoking) room that smelt of smoke - probably leaking in from the very smelly corridoor. It also had the lift shaft transitting through the room! Upon complaining, we were allocated a much better room on the top floor. We decided to eat in the hotel restuarant, where the food was good but the experience marred by a waiter who simply seemed to be in a bad mood - very unfriendly almost to the point of rudeness. Overall, this hotel was simply not 'welcoming' and I would not recommend a stay.
When we had trouble driving in our newly-rented car, two workmen for the hotel just happened to see us, came over, first helped us push it backwards, then taught us how to put the gear shift in reverse! All with the language of gestures since they spoke Polish and we, English. Now that's service!
The people there were all friendly and hospitable, and when the circumstances of my stay changed, they were flexible and accommodating, even after my checkout!
Just a positive experience all around.
I used the Atrium Hotel while attending the Start-Up Weekend. The Hotel was very accommodating, the staff friendly and efficient. I arrived early and they were willing to open my room early.
The breakfast buffet was very good, the breakfast room and room were well appointed and comfortable. The Hotel is not too far from the Town Center in a residential area close to a large park and amphitheater.
