Accommodations were clean and tidy. Common rooms also clean. Good breakfast but must get there early. Very helpful and courteous front desk staff.

Great hotel. Went for a concert and it was just what we needed. Clean room. Microwave and fridge included in room. Cheap. Overall pleasant.

One night stay, good location for what I needed. I ate atTully's next door to Hotel very convenient. The room was adequate for my needs. Breakfast was nice , basic but good.

The staff seemed pleasant, the facilities were oldish but quite clean, the breakfast area clean and well-stocked and the location is convenient.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey . We do have a new owner and he is putting money into this property right and left . I know that folks can't see all of the big items such as the roof and solar panels ,but he did put micro fridges and new bedding in all of the rooms . Look forward to much more! First room microwave nor phone worked. Second room ...hair found all over shower stall. They are using a very potent lavender smelling deodorizing spray throughout hotel when cleaning. Anyone with allergies or respiratory problems should stay OUT of this hotel. I have Mentioned this to front desk clerk. FYI I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist

I am the person that you spoke to . You mentioned the Lavender but not all of the rest . I am sorry for your stay being less than perfect . We have diluted the lavender down a bit and no further issues . Thanks for the heads up ! Sincerely, Pamela Smith CHA,GM

Thank you for your feedback .It was I whom you spoke to and I certainly took the time to check into the situation .We are using a new company and the chemicals are diluted in a machine but one of the girls put it straight into a bottle without diluting . I know that I explained that we had just put in the new microwaves in an attempt to make some of our guests requests happen but unfortunately the fridges that we bought didn't have the plug in for the microwaves so we had to buy surge protectors for them and apparently that room was occupied with someone during our busy time and they didn't care about having the plug. All are fixed now. So sorry for the inconvenience that you endured. sincerely, Pamela Smith CHA,GM
