Easy access to all the interstate highways that cross in every direction. Address must be entered carefully in your NAV system...slightly weird address.

Not a bad place, room was clean but aged. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. I wouldn't really want to have it as my base for a vacation but worked nicely as a stop after arriving very late into Syracuse airport.

Room was dirty. There were crumbs next to beds. Obviously someone was eating in bed and the maids never vacuumed. Breakfast was bad. Some kind of white sauce for biscuits, inedible. Everything was empty milk, cream etc. I watched the person responsible for breakfast talk for 15 minutes outside the restaurant area. Apparently talking was more important than filling up supplies for guests.

Cons: Overall room needs sprucing up--fresh paint, wallpaper, no exposed pipe in shower, etc.
The room just seemed old, worn out, and somewhat depressing.

tv did not work. they could not find clicker batteries in the whole facility. could not even turn on manually- they did not offer to credit anything. not an overall safe feeling-

I am sorry that you experienced some issues with your tv remote. Clean, comfortable, close to Destiny Mall

Two days of training with OMH Disaster Mental Health, room was comfortable and quiet enough to both study and relax after a long day. My wife traveled with me and she enjoyed the closeness to Destiny Mall and the ease of getting there. The breakfast was good and fresh, very friendly service. The only complaint is that on the last day our room cards were disabled while we were at breakfast and then it took a while to get reactivated because of a customer trying to check in with problems.

Spent a night there this past weekend! Attended Crunch game then visited Tully's next door! Service was excellent. Rooms are small but fairly priced! Nice little breakfast area in am with decent variety! Only problem some alarming noises in am from pipes for a short period in Room 219! Told staff and said happens, might want to work on correcting this. Overall would stay here anytime for quick visits!

Thank you for your feedback .We are all puzzeled as to why all of the sudden the pipes near 217 and 219 are making such a clatter at times . We had a plumber fix 215's sink pipe about a month ago and the few incidences of them making noise have happened in that past 2 busy weekends so he thinks that there might be an air pocket in them some where.We have taken steps to run the water down the line to try and realease it. Clean decent Hotel, breakfast Ok, staff friendly enough. Fair value for the money. Wish they would use fabric softener on sheets and towels. Right off the Highway, close to everything.
