“Does what It was meant to do”

This hotel is not luxurious by any means, but it was not meant to be. It's fine for an overnight stay as a clean rest stop after traveling to the surrounding schools, or for business in the area.

“Very impressed!!”

Thanks to the reservation online with Expedia, they had our room ready to go, and it was on the first floor, even though we didn't check in until 9 p.m. Wonderful front desk ladies, very polite and willing to assist us. Great pool, surroundings quite, breakfast was fantastic, lots of selections, and always full with fresh food. We will be back!!!!

“The pool was great!”

The pool at the hotel was great and the kids loved it and we are going back. However, the tv in our room didn't work and I never did receive the discount that the manager promised. I found a suspicious looking bug walking up the wall that we just smacked and through away. Breakfast was pathetic and we had to ask for juice, napkins and more eggs and sausage that arrived with cold centers. As I said, I would not stay there again but the kids loved it and we will go back for them.

“"I'll BE BACK"”

The hotel was great , the only problem was @ breakfast there were kids who would come from the pool all wet get plates of bacon then go back which made the floor all wet the hotel staff should of put a stop to it. All they did was put a sign up saying wet floor.The internet was very slow , we could not order move cause on the screen to order movie it said push menu but when we did it was menu for the tv itself.It was nice having a Keurig coffe maker in the room.All and all a great place to stay we will come back next year.

“Syarcuse woods”

The only issue I had was finding the place. I expected to be able to follow the simple directions provided because I am familiar with driving in and around the city. However, I had to arrive late, about 10:30 pm, and it was raining, and my wife had taken the GPS to Boston. Because of the location being "off the beaten path" more detailed directions are needed. I wonder how many people give-up and go somewhere else, which would be too bad because it's a really great place.

“Clean, Convenient to downtown, and modern!”

This hotel is wonderfully run. The hotel is clean and new. They have a lovely pool (our kids enjoyed it!) The staff went out of their way to help (providing a sewing kit when I needed to mend a child's swimsuit.) The breakfast was great, plus there was a late afternoon snack in the lobby (crackers, cheese, veggies, cookies, etc...) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

“Perfect for us”

We came to Syracuse to watch the Orange men so had a lot of extra time spent in the hotel. It was large enough for our two teenage sons to lay on the beds and watch the Olympics and I had a nice compfy chair to practice my guitar and read. The shower head was very nice.

“Very friendly and clean hotel.”

Absolutely pleased with stay. I stayed six nights w/ my 17 month old daughter and they were great. They had milk available all day long to feed her. Room was clean. Front desk great. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was great. They had fridge, microwave, and laundry services. These amenities helped a lot. There is a restaurant nearby that delivers to the hotel that serves wings. I had one complaint about the mild wings and they changed the order to hot wings free of charge. The restaurant has a great kids menu also.
