“Bondi Yes, Ultimate ?? Ultimately in need of a make over !”

Cheap and good location. Other than that its cheap, old, does not provide any service and I therefore question the value, even at this rate (140 pppn)

The rooms were below expectations, no coffee, tea or milk provisions etc. or hairdryers were provided which we have never encountered before.The bar fridge door would not close due to the excessive build up of ice, we informed the management & their maintenance man came to defrost the fridge. This took almost an hour & a half with him returning several times to check the progress. We do not expect these type of things to happen whilst we are paying to occupy our accommodation. We definitely would not consider returning to Ultimate Apartments.

Stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Quiet, clean studio apartments with basic cooking facilites, shower, tv, lounge etc. 5 minutes to Bondi Beach, bus to city stops out front of building.

On arrival, the staff were friendly and efficient. Our stay was for 3 nights. The layout of the hotel was great, with the pool being easily accessible and most importantly clean. The layout of the hotel was good, with ample parking (which turned out to be free) and washers and dryers!! The rooms were basic, but for the price they provided everything needed. I think the best attribute of this hotel was the location, with a short stroll to some great cafes and supermarkets. There was also easy access to the beach and public transport across the road. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area for a reasonable price.

“Convenient and comfortable, close to Bondi beach”

I stayed at a studio apartment at the Ultimate Bondi Beach apartments and was very satisfied with the overall experience. There is air conditioning, and windows that open on both sides of the room. The only downside here is that the main window faces the pool and the walkway, and I had the blinds shut throughout my stay for privacy. There is a small kitchen available for your use. Room cleaning is once a week. The complex is gated off and located in a safe neighborhood. If you use a car there is free parking. There is a 10 meter length outdoor pool in the yard, but you will probably want to head out to the beach or the Iceberg complex where there is a full length saltwater pool instead. Walking to Bondi beach takes 15 minutes, but you will walk along a cool street with several cafes and shops. Several cafes have excellent options for breakfast and lunch.

“Motel-style, clean and in good condition”

We needed reasonably priced, clean and comfortable accommodation for two nights in Sydney's eastern suburbs where we could park our car. I prefer accommodation where the room opens to the outdoors - fresh air, no corridors, no lifts, no lobbies,no waiting and where my car is directly accessible. This met all those requirements. It was also safe - not really something we worry about in Sydney but it had high fences and locked gates. The receptionist was very helpful and it was an easy walk to cafes and the beach. It was ideal for us - and quiet at night.

This was a good place. Even though it has few amenities the pool was nice and refreshing. About a mile walk to the beach.
