Beautiful property. Large sized room. Impeccably clean. Location perfect for access to CBD, ferries, and walking to lovely neighborhoods. Sadly no pool.

This was my second stay at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney and it was just as good as my first visit! The rooms are elegant, spacious and clean. The hotel is very elegant and blends the new with the old charm of the former Sydney GPO building. The location is also super convenient which makes it so easy to get around the city. I will continue to stay at this hotel for my next trips to Sydney!

Very convenient location and the front staff are very helpful. The room is super clean and has great views of the 29th floor quite enough on Friday night considering the middle of CBD. I definitely stay again.

The hotel is fantastic but the staff throughout the stay were not at level we would expect. we have stayed at the Fullerton Singapore and there is no comparison on level of service. Key areas : We pre-ordered Champagne and Strawberries on arrival( for our daughter and her friend to have before heading off early to the Taylor Swift concert) and these didn't arrive. We advised reception and they eventually arrived after they had left for the concert. The cost of the strawberries were removed at checkout but it was disappointing for the girls not to have them as requested. At check-in we had 1 room ready early , which was great and the staff advised that they would drop off the keys in the room for our second room once it was ready. we returned afterwards to find the keys to our room left at the front door for anyone to take!! Breakfast staff were great and friendly. We had lunch in the Place restaurant where we had the set lunch menu but the waitress didn't know what the set menu consisted of and had to speak to someone else before advising us. The meal was absolutely delicious and a great idea of small portion set tasing menu. We loved the hotel and all the food and cocktails were delicious and we would have rated higher but the level of service was not to the same standard.

We have already followed up with the team an assure you that rectification coaching is in place.We are a service business and from time to time we will make mistakes and for that I am sincerely sorry. Typically, if we know of a challenge, we can correct it pretty quickly and hopefully to your satisfaction. I do hope that we have another opportunity to recover.

Broken water pipe on our floor, must have been there for a few days as the smell of mould/ musky odour was overwhelming when in the hallways. Room was neat and tidy, convenient location.

However the primary cause was the overflowing bath from the room above that impacted the rooms below. 24 hour blowers were deployed and can confirm we are back in good shape.I am sorry that you were inconvenienced and greatly appreciate your understanding.

Nice room and amenities. Some spot cleaning in Room 702. Dirty grout in shower. Rust at bottom of shower door on floor. Faeces under rim of toilet bowl. It will be same in every room. Common in every hotel. Even in good ones in London. Cleaning staff are never instructed to wipe with wet cloth or tissue paper all the way around under rim every day. I made a mistake booking on Expedia. I thought price quoted was AUD but it was $US so twice what I thought I was paying.

The property is in a beautful building but over the weekend as the city empties it lacks ambience as there is not enough going on in the building. The staff were uninspired and it was difficult to compare it with the htoel when it first opened and was much nicer.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Sydney CBD. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby and all the main sights are within easy walking distance. Staff were freindly and helpful, and room was immaculate. Highly recommend.

This is my favourite hotel in Sydney. Great service, convenient tablet in room for most needs. Overall a very easy place to stay. Rooms are also a decent size and in good condition.

Excellent hotel in a very good area. Close to pretty much anything you need or would like to see. Hotel staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were very nice. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this hotel. There is a free tour of the hotel that you can take that gives you a lot of good history about the hotel. Definitely worth doing.

Everything was fabulous! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hotel was gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff at the breakfast buffet were so attentive and kind. Wow! Strongly recommend this hotel!
