Sorry we came back

Early check in was great until we saw the room. Bath was stained grey but it was not dirt ? Paint maybe? Room was shabby one undercoat of paint on bathroom door frames! We stayed here less than a year ago and cannot believe how bad this place has become. Building going on next door did not help. Very disappointed will.not be back.

Pros: Front Desk staff was very helpful and efficient
Location: Close to airport
Good location for flying out of Sydney. Great breakfast was included.

Too hard to get to

The bus service from the airport is not regular enough to make this hotel attrqactive. Also I would have expected better than plastic shower curtains having paid good money for a room. Also - no mini bar. Why not?

Convenient for airport, good breakfast

Pros: Quiet room, couldn't hear planes. Great breakfast
Cons: Free wifi.
Location: You can take a walk around Wolli Creek od catch bus into the city.
Stayed final 2 nights of holiday in airport hotel. They are coping with building work next door. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast. Limited buses in evening to and from City (not their fault). On busy travel day at airport the bus was late but worth $6 fare. The downside is the very expensive wifi. Had a free half hour in lobby. These days wifi is essential especially in an airport hotel where passengers need to book in online. If coffee shops can provide free wifi why not hotel? $6 for one hour, $24 for 24 hours. It's an essential service that should be offered along with the free newspapers and clean towels etc.

Good hotel close to sydney airport

Pros: Close to airport; and early check-in as my.room was ready when I arrived.
Cons: Prices for food were a bit high.
Location: While close to airport...nothing else around: no shopping... no inexpensive food possibilities
I had a very good experience; I booked thru internet and found they had inexpensive shuttle service from/to the airport. Also, my requested early check- in was honored and my room was ready immediately I arrived at l0 am. .

Great for airport

Location: Don't eat in hotel but cross road and sign in to the Rowers club on the river, great spot to sit on balcony, food and drink v good value.
Good well known chain, got free upgrade. Really comfortable room.

I would rate everything very highly

Pros: convenience to the airport shuttle bus service comfortable beds. Bath Nice staff Good food Nice view
Cons: Have a better selection of pillow heights in the rooms. Ask other guests to be considerate in late night and early morning.
Location: Great location didn't do anything nearby.
From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. We found the room clean and very comfortable. We wanted something near the airport and this was only 6 minutes from the international airport. We were able to catch a shuttle bus which took the stress out of trying to find parking at the airport. Even the driver of the shuttle bus was very helpful so our overall experience could not be faulted.

Touch and Go

Pros: The stuff is friendly and the room is comfortable.
Cons: The access to the hotel. Currently we are taking one big detour to enter Hotel entrance.
Location: Location is remote and there is no eateries(except for the hotel restaurant) and attraction nearby.
Been staying in this hotel throughout my 5 days stay. It require a train stop and a 20min to reach the hotel. With the constructions going on, we will need a big detour to enter the hotel. The room is good and the stuff is friendly when we checked in. The breakfast choice is limited and I am glad that I didn't choose the breakfast package through my stay(very expensive for the food quality and variety).If you are thinking of exploring Sydney, you night want to find some place near the CBD which have better access(imagine the 20min after a tired day). Not forgetting that if you want anything to fill your stomach, you better pack and store some food in your room(fridge is available, omg, lucky me) as there is no eateries around the hotel.For those who just want a stay to better prepare for flight the next day, this would be a hotel that you would like to consider as the travel to Airport via hotel (paid) shutter is pretty fast(meaning to say that you can have more rest).Well, I hopes this help when you are considering this hotel ! We do have a development adjacent to our hotel which is not related to our hotel undergoing any remodelling and we have measures in place to ensure that our guests are not effected. I hope that you were aware of Wolli Creek Train station which is an 8 to 10 minute walk to our hotel, as there are other stations which are further away. Finally I do strongly recommend our a la carte menu, bar menu or in room dining menu for our valued guests who will be surprised by the diversity of our offer.
