“Needs some work but in a pinch it worked.”

The hotel is in a kind of seedy part of the city but it was close to the city train system and the people there were very nice. We did have to change rooms due to a leaky roof but that was no problem and done in a few minutes. The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and clean. This is not to say that it was a 5 star resort it is not, but it was not a dive Motel either. We did think the price was a little high but at the time it was the best deal in the city, and close to the city rail system. We did walk to the Art Museum from the hotel but I would not do it at night, in fact take the bus or city train, very close much more convenient, and safer. The room had a small fridge and a microwave. The dishes,cutlery and glasses were clean and the towels were new and clean. The shower worked well and we had hot water no problem. Not fancy by any stretch but we would probably stay there again.

“Kings Cross Central”

Nice hotel with friendly staff. However be warned that this is Kings Cross Central, not Potts Point. So, be aware that there's a lot of noisy nightlife and some of it will be happening on the road outside your window at 2am. Also I was unhappy to find that complimentary parking did not exist even though this was mentioned on the expedia website. There's no onsite carpark - there's a nearnby public one and I could buy a $20 ticket that made it cheaper than the usual rate - but evenb so that's hardly complimentary, now is it?

“had a great time with no worries it lived up to my expectations”

Went to the city to celebrate with the location of this Hotel achieved a great time with no worries of where I would end up. The room lived up to all expectation of cleanliness, space and service would do it again

“Interesting neighborhood”

Kings Cross is a very diverse area. There are nice restaurants, clubs, pubs, sex shops, and strip clubs all mixed in with people walking around in business suits and others on drugs. Probably not somewhere to stay if you're traveling with children. The hotel was not much to look at when you first walk in but the rooms looked to have been remodeled recently and were quite nice. We only stayed one night but were happy with our stay.

“will come back again”

the hotel was nice !!! i love the room, it comfortable ,have all conditions but the phone was not working. location near station n easy 2 travel BUT there is huge a mount of club, pub.really noisy, i could not sleep untill 5 in the morning. but if there is no noisy sound i would go there agian.!!!

The hotel is really nice, there is no 24 hr reseption but the dor works fine with the keys.

The stay at the hotel was far better than I could have hoped for ! The staff were extremely friendly especially the cleaner and the blonde manager (rachelle)?? If I had any questions about the area they were all happy to help ! The room was extremelly tidy and well presented. And I had the best nights sleep of my life the bed was so comfortable !
