"A good quality hotel in central Cheltenham. The hotel is smart; well maintained; and has very efficient check in staff.
All in all very good, although i woukd have expected the tea/coffee to have been automatically been topped up when the room was serviced."

"Excellent service as I requested a happy birthday message to my husband and it turned out to be a few balloons, warm bday card in the room plus 2 free drinks at the bar. All staffs were friendly and helpful.
Location is great, big car park £6 for 24hours parking. Bus to town is just outside. Breakfast was lovely, good range of choices, my daughter especially enjoyed the yogurt drinks and the mixed bowls. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are small, but still able to enjoy for about 10 mins in the hot room during the 30 mins session. Must book in advance!! Whole environment is nicer than I expected with lovely staffs which gave us a pleasant stay."

"This is a very comfortable, quiet, friendly hotel. With many amenities for those who want them.
I have been here 3 times as a single guest and always get a spacious room and large bed, unlike many places where you are squeezed into a tiny room with a single bed.
I always recommend this hotel to my friends. "
