Disappointing
Clean and well-located. Very disappointed to have booked king size bed that was made with 2 single duvets and no appropriate bedding to fit the size of the bed in entire hotel.. Will not stay there again.

Good, but a little bit tired
Food is great, sauna is perfect (although not 24h availble). Air conditioning works well. No capsule coffee machine in the room.

Nice hotel, but with some disatvantages
No cold air from air conditioning, some savings in breakfast room (not as generous as it used to be). Spa facilities are fantastic

Top notch! However get worse over time.
Breakfast generous (golden malted waffles, actimel, take away coffee included) with some strange things though. For instance scrumbled eggs and bacon is served in bowls. Due to Covid there is a buffet with some assiting staff. No sunny side ups which is also minus. Spa facilities (sauna, cold water pool to be used thereafter) is free of charge, and can be easily picked prior to arrival. Thats huge advantage. Rooms are ok, tv screen huge but with no youtube on it, a little bit tired (definetely not a 4 star standard). Air conditioner is set to blow hot air only, so you should open window at night. Hotel was awesome two-three years ago and now it feels that they are saving.

Just a wonderful stay. Many compliments to the staff. Very good breakfast, clean and comfy room. A bit of noise from street (early in the morning), but we can live with that.

Good quality hotel
Qubus od im my opiniom one od the best hotels on Kielce. Rooms are comfortable and clean althrough they could be morze spacey. Hotel staff od helpful and give you a proper assistance if needed. Breakfast service is good, with a variety of food. Disadvantages: no bar, restaurant is open only from 4pm till 10pm and there are almost non vegeratian dishes.

Mixed feelings
I am often staying in Qubus hotels but this one is somehow different. In a 4star hotel 9EUR parking fee was first unpleasant surprise. At 10:30 PM no bar or any other facility to have glass of juice or cup of tea. Quite noisy AC system in room preventing from falling asleep for a quite time a tired person. As a plus hearty breakfast and friendly personnel.

Nice, clean hotel
This hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. I was in Kielce for a conference at the university. Taxi to the university was about 20 zloty.

New and nice hotel
Hotel is very new and well kept. The service was quite good and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive in comparison to prices in downtown restaurants but this is normal in Poland. All in all a good hotel.

We booked the hotel al la last minute, just 3 hours before we arrived. So we were happy that we both got a room. Very crowded in the restaurant due to som kind of congress. We could not eat in the main restaurant but had our evening meal in a nearby room. One of the waitresses told us that the restaurant was full, but when I pointed to the extra room we could get a table. Food ok, but nothing to write home about. The room is ok, but don't open the window(s) the smell outside is unbearable due to the smog.The bed was good, but there was a problem with the bathroom drain. Could not turn the shower full blast, otherwise the bathroom would have been flooded. But overall: an ok hotel.
