Stayed on the 7th floor, couldn't sleep due to the noise of moving items on the roof.

Great location and facilities, rest disappointing

Posted 22-Mar-2015
Pros: Location, facilities, spacious rooms.
Cons: Service orientation of staff; quality of food and drinks
Location: Great location, right at Dead Sea; Petra appr. 3 hours drive away.
The design and build quality of the resort is excellent, with lots of seperate pools and sitting areas. Directly at the dead sea, so no complaints there. Quality of the bars and restaurants is disappointing however. We tried a lot of different cocktails, but none were asthey should be. Restaurants promiss a fine dining experience, but quality of the food does not live up to it. Breakfast buffet had lots of old, stale bread and pastries. Service from staff is very slow and half the time they forget that you asked for something, but afterwards they still expect to be tipped.

Excellent for Dead Sea getaway.

Posted 29-Dec-2014
Pros: Very nice and clean, our room was large and had everything a family would need. The executive suite in the main building is perfect for a family.
Cons: Children's pool. This was our second visit during winter and children are only allowed in one pool, it was all shallow and felt very cold.
Location: Dead Sea at the hotel.
This was our second time at the Kapinski and although it is expensive, we enjoyed our stay again. The only downfall for us is that they do not have an adequate children's pool that is heated. They only had one that is very shallow and did not feel like it was heated. Room service was very expensive, but the food was good.

Un hotel tranquilo y elegante.

Posted 14-Dec-2014

Best of the Dead Sea

Posted 10-Oct-2014
This hotel is wonderful. Best design architecture lively pools and landscaping. The food leaves a lot to be desired and can improve significantly and there is a big problem with flies during the fall season
