Even though the room had an extra space with large couch the tv in bedroom was too far for viewing. There should have been another tv.

We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry to hear that the distance between the couch and the TV wasn't ideal for your comfort.The TV is on a swivel mount, which should allow for easy positioning to find the perfect viewing angle from the couch. We apologize if there was anything obstructing the swivel mechanism or if the range of motion wasn't sufficient for your needs.

Property very close to the interstate so a little more noisy. Also, dinning options were very limited, only a Subway near by this property. Did appreciate having some outdoor seating located near the main entrance.

Very friendly
Our stay was very nice. Check in went smoothly, were able to give us a ground floor as I requested when I called in to make the reservation. We were able to take our dog for our stay. The clerk called our room an hour after we checked in to make sure we had all that we needed, I was impressed... That had never happened in any of our trips. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We will certainly use Best Western again in our travels. The morning breakfast was very adequate , varied and delicious! Thank you Best Western...

Not a quality stay
When we checked in, we were informed we could not have the king suite we'd reserved because we had a pet. So they downgraded our room and put us in a room with dirty towels, full trash cans, etc. Then the AC wasn't working. We turned it off for awhile and then back on and it worked for awhile. Then quit and we had to do it again. We have stayed at lots of Best Western hotels because of the bed quality, but I'm no longer willing to overlook all the negatives. I'll stay elsewhere from now on.

Great customer service
Elena (morning attendant) is always super friendly and helpful...this is a regular stop-over for us and there is room to park truck and trailer, safe, good breakfast, room to let a dog out (between the two hotels) and they are friendly...the morning staff is 65% better than the evening staff, consistently.

I had a king bed suite. The bed was broken and the mattress was way deformed and hard as a rock. The staff was super friendly and welcoming The breakfast was good …typical hotel breakfast

We did not care for the instant coffee in the dining room. Fresh brewed coffee would be better. In addition, too much light came into the room at night. On a positive note, staff members were very friendly.

Everything was really nice at the property. The rooms were nice. They were clean. The breakfast was really good. The only issue I had is that they charged me an additional $10 for the breakfast and Wi-Fi.I didn't ever use the wifi. I did eat but very little since I'm not a breakfast person. I don't think we should have been charged extra for breakfast and Wi-Fi.That should have been included in the parts of the room.That's the only thing I didn't like.

The hotel and staff were very good. They were helpful and friendly and the room was clean which I much appreciated. Even though the area around the hotel is not as nice as a solo traveler I did feel safe and I would stop here in the future but I would ask for a room on the front side. I didn’t care for the neighborhood behind the hotel.
