The hotel certainly has the quaint European feel, but there were too many things wrong for me to enjoy it. Wifi didn’t work at all despite me explaining to the reception how to fix it, bed and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, and it is very easy to hear others in the hotel while trying to sleep. I’m typically not picky with these things, but I was very disappointed with my stay.

Great Family-run Hotel close to inner city
The hotel is family-run, cozy, and quaint--with a rustic breakfast room and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff most charming. Its location is great, only 3 stops by city bus from the train station and if you are lucky enough to get a room facing the front, you can even see the Ulmer Muenster.

Great stay, perfect if working at university.
I found this hotel to be very nice. It was well located for me because I was working at the University. It was an easy walk to downtown and a quick bus ride up the hill to campus. My room was nice, the breakfast simple but good, the wireless was fast and the staff friendly. It took a little while for the hot water to get to the shower but the nice hot shower was worth the patience. Highly recommend this hotel.

parking was a problem but only the first night
This place was excellent, but the promised parking can be a problem. They do not have enough parking in the parking garage owned by the hotel to fit all the guests;so first come, first serve. We checked in about 5 or 6PM, and the parking garage was FULL;so we had to scramble to find a place on the very busy street out front where you can park in the "blue zones," but just 7PM until 9AM;however, the next morning of our 3 day stay, there were places available in the garage due to checkout's, so we left our car there undisturbed for the remainder of our visit.

Sehr laut Umgebung und schlimmes Internet
Die Rezeption ist nicht nach 12 Uhr mittags offen, also habe ich ein Passwort fur die hintere Tür bekommen. Ich musste essen bestellen (corona Zeit) und hatte leider kein Geschirr im Zimmer, da kein im Rezeption war dann es war ein bisschen schlimm. Das internet (WiFi) ist sehr sehr schlimm. Mit mein Computer konnte ich verbinden aber das war sehr langsam und nicht stabil. Fur meine beide Handy war die signal nicht stark genug zu verbinden. Ich habe dem angeregt und nach 1 Stunde hat jemand gekommen und die Modem aus und eingeschalten. Für die Computer war ein bisschen besser aber immer noch nicht so stabil. Für die Handy kein Chance. Ich habe gesehen das die noch ein andere wifi in Hotel hatten, das sehr stark signal hat. Ich habe die Passwort gefragt aber die haben mir nicht gegeben. Es war fur mich sehr schwer zu schlafen. Das hotel ist in ein Ecke mit 2 sehr beschäftigt Straße. Es war dann super laut die ganze Nacht. Die Mitarbeiterin am morgens war sehr freundlichen und die Frühstück war gut, aber ich würde zum diese hotel nicht mehr gehen..

Schade fande ich es, dass mir im Internet das Zimmer mit Frühstück angeboten wurde und als ich dann im Hotel angekommen bin ich der einzige Hotelgast war. Deshalb auch kein Frühstück. Für 340€ muss ich ehrlich gesagt sagen hätte ich mehr erwartet! 4 Nächte, ohne Frühstück! Das Zimmer wurde vor meiner Ankunft nicht geputzt, überall war gelber Pollenstaub. Ansonsten gemütlich. Pluspunkt: Wasser auf dem Zimmer, ausreichend Handtücher, bequemes sauberes Bett und der Zimmerservice am nächsten Tag war super.

Wie eine Zeitreise in die 70er. Positiv: - das Zimmer war sauber - die Mitarbeiterin (die einzige die ich gesehen habe) außerordentlich nett Negativ: - Nicht barrierefrei - Das Bad und die Dusche ist so klein, dass man sich nicht umdrehen kann. - Wetterbedingt war das Zimmer heiss und stickig. Ein Fenster ging zur Hauptstrasse mit dem entsprechenden Lärm, das andere lag über einer Mülltonnenbatterie mit dem entsprechenden Geruch, somit war eine Lüftung sehr schwierig. - WLAN zwar vorhanden aber nicht stabil, so dass es kaum nutzbar war - Preis/Leistung m. E. nicht vorhanden Fazit: Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen

Angenehme Unterkunft mit kleinen Makeln
Wir waren zu einem Termin in der näheren Umgebung eingeladen, deshalb haben wir uns für diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit entschieden. Der Service ist ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Check-In verlief zügig und problemlos, ebenso das Aus-Checken. Die Zimmergröße ist angemessen und das Bad ist sauber. Leider ist mir das Bett mit Fußteil fast zu kurz gewesen und die Matratze zu weich. Zudem ist eine Verdunkelung des Fensters zwischen Bad und Zimmer nicht verdunkelbar (Schade). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und die Auswahl ist gut. Geschmacklich sehr gut. Der Kaffee könnte allerdings etwas heißer sein. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden. Vom Verkehr bekommt man etwas mit obwohl die Zimmer auf die Rückseite sehen.

j ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hotel et a chaque fois la chambre était propre , aérée ,la douche et le WC propre literie de bonne qualitée et confortable le personnel est souriant et a votre écoute . en conclusion petit hotel a conseillé pour moi bien situé entre Stuttgart et Munich j allais oublié le petit déjeuner est super bon tout disponible avis plus que positif pour moi

Um hotel simples,mas limpo e com um bom café da manhã. Ficava um pouco distante do centro. Porém oferecia estacionamento e isto era importante no nosso caso. Vale a relação preço/qualidade.

Underbar tjej som verkar göra allt på hotellet! Städat, bekvämt och rent rum. Hyfsat nära till stan, vem behöver inte motion? Inga problem att gå ca 2km. Jättetrevlig vistelse. God frukost!

ordentliches hotel etwas auserhalb
das hotel macht erst einen etwas alten eindruck, ist jedoch sauber und ordentlich. bad und wc sind extrem klein aber sauber. das frühstück ist sehr gut und vielseitig. der stadtkern von ulm ist zu fuss in ca.20min. zu erreichen.

Hotellet är bra har det man behöver... Enkelt att ta spårvagn 2 till city... Fin restaurang mitt över gatan utmärkt pasta.. trevlig personal. Vid frukost är det bara att beställa det kaffe man vill ha, ta inte ur maskinen inne i rummet be om riktigt kaffe....

... leider waren die vorab gebuchten Komfortzimmer schon belegt, deswegen mussten kleinere ( also, sehr eng ) genutzt werden. Ansonsten alles sauber und gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Ulm to male miasto, ktore mozna przemierzac pieszo zarowno do obiektow turystycznych, jak i najwazniejszych biznesowych. Hotel Garni polozony jest w bezposredniej bliskosci starego miasta i stacji glownej od strony uniwersytetu. Lokalizacja wbrew pozorom jest cicha, bo i miasteczko jest ciche. Hotel zadbany, pokoje duze i wygodne, sniadania typowe niemieckie, czyli smaczne i obfite.

Kleines Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Ulm, zu Fuß in die Ulmer Innenstadt ca. 25 min.. Freundliches Personal, antiquierte Einrichtung des Zimmers, altes Haus. Reichhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

An extremely good hotel with an excellent location near the centre of Ulm. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
