"Nice staff, hotel a bit worn out, but kids had fun"
The front desk woman was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and our kids had a lot of fun swimming in their impressive indoor pool/spa area. The hotel itself is in need of many little handyman fixes throughout, although you can tell that in its prime it was once a nice place (and if they'd invest in a makeover it could return). But hey, the price was right and the kids barely noticed! Our room was large and beds were comfy, and they included some modern niceties like a big 42" HDTV, Bath & Bodyworks toiletries, and a Keurig coffee machine in room. Our rate included breakfast, which unfortunately the coffee and eggs were pretty much ice cold by the time we got down to breakfast (about 9:00am). Hotel's location is extremely convenient to the main highway, and it's a quick little trip over to the charming beach town of White Rock. Overall, not the best physical condition or breakfast, but friendly staff, a big comfy room, and a solid value for what I paid.
we went to the area for two day we wanted to stay in Vancouver but due to the World Cup it was to expensive from what was available. So we chose this hotel. even though it was about 20 minutes away from downtown Vancouver it was nice and clean and the morning breakfast was good. I have no complaints but if I had to complain about something it was that the workout room had no weights and the pool was too small and had a lot of chorine. that's it, I would stay there again no problem
Hotel has a great pool for kids with a lounge for reading/ relaxing. They have a free continental breakfast in the mornings but the choices are extensive (hot and cold). The staff is very friendly and will go out of the way to accommodate any requests that the guests may present them with.
