I stayed once for a week and once for a night. Every room is a fully equipped 1-bedroom suite, with kitchen incl full fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc etc. All dishes, cutlery. Even a dishwasher and dishwasher soap. Full size washer/dryer in a closet in room (but no soap).
BR has a very nice king bed, and TV on dresser. Large closets in BR and in entry way. LR has another TV, gas fireplace, nice seating, balcony, and a pullout bed in the couch. Both rooms have AC/Heat on a wall thermostat, phones and hardline ethernet and wireless.
Staff was excellent - even remembered me by name from my stay 6 months ago (at least my first name anyway). Very helpful for example we did not have a frying pan - the front desk had one up to us in about 15 minutes.
Some cons - fairly minor I think. Parking for cars is secure, but can be pretty tight access at times. If you have an over-height truck, there are only a dozen parking spaces up top. The pullout bed is not great. Best to put someone lightweight on that (your children?) as it has rather poor support. Wireless Internet seemed fairly slow, but is usable.
Warning - do not book room 301. It has no balcony (they tell you this) because it faces out to the restaurant outdoor party roof. Outside the bedroom window is a huge fan that runs all night - very loud. I suspect 307 would be also very bad that way.

We were travelling back to Calgary from Vancouver & wanted to cut a bit of time off the trip by staying in Surrey for our last night. The hotel was full so we did not get the room we had reserved - we got an upgrade to a suite. I would have been happy to have this room the whole time we were in Vancouver! There was only one queen bed but the sofa folded out to a bed for my daughter so that worked out OK. Our neighbors apparently could not move their numerous massive suitcases into or out of their room without slamming the door against the wall multiple times but that was the only noise we noticed from outside. Inside the suite, we had a TV in each room, a small sofa & chair in the living room as well as a little kitchenette (that we had no use for, unfortunately). The bathroom was small but the door opened outwards so that helped - our previous hotel room had a bathroom the same size but the door opened inward which sometimes caused some awkward maneuvering. This was a nice place to stay.

The staff was pleasant, hotel was welcoming, room was very spacious, breakfast bar had a good selection of food. The food staffer worked hard to keep up with the demand of guests and keeping tables clean and open for others coming down to breakfast. (2 coffee pots would of been better). We will come again.

We are visiting Vancouver but the hotel there are pricy. Further way is this nice Holiday Inn in Cloverdale. It is about a 40 minute drive to Richmond and Vancouver everyday but worth the savings. We stayed 2 nights and then drove down to Seattle for 2 nights. We decided to come back to this hotel for another 2 nights after. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage until our return and remembered us. I told them I will come back and they were pleased to hear it.
