We've got several different room types right through from our most compact Sleep and Vista rooms, up to our luxury Runway Suite. All the rooms are shown clearly on all our booking platforms. If you felt the room you chose this time could be more spacious, try booking one of our larger rooms next time. I'm sure we've got something to suit you. Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. Our Sleep rooms are compact and the wet room is a combined loo, basin and shower and does get wet during a shower. There's loo roll in a perspex box to keep it dry so you should have been able to use this. Whilst the Sleep and Vista rooms have beds that are against the wall on all three sides, the VIP rooms and the Runway Suite both have different layouts.Take a look online at the photos showing the rooms and see what you think, I'm sure there'll be something there to suit you. Hi Patrick, I'm sorry your stay at Bloc wasn't as enjoyable as we would have wanted. I can see you chose to book a Sleep room, these are windowless and compact. We've got several other more spacious room types, the Aspire and VIP rooms for example, which would all have more space for you and your belongings. It's good to know the location and staff made a positive impact on you. I'm sure if you booked well in advance you'd find a larger room at a better price. The windows don't open for reasons of both security and sound-proofing as we're right next to the runway.Whilst the Sleep and Vista rooms have beds that are against the wall on all three sides, the VIP rooms and the Runway Suite both have different layouts. Take a look online at the photos showing the rooms and see what you think, I'm sure there'll be something there to suit you. I'm so sorry you didn't find anything to like about your stay with us, not even our amazing location in the heart of the South Terminal. Hi Rajpal, I'm sorry you didn't think staying with us right in the heart of the South Terminal at Gatwick was good value for money. You chose a minimalist Sleep room for just over 100. We know that our rates are comparable with other airport hotels but we offer more in terms of our amazing location and the comfort and quiet you'll find in all our rooms.
