“.”

Check-in and check out was efficient and quick. Continental breakfast was great and the choices of items pleasing.

“A convenient hotel that could be very good.”

The room was very cold when we arrived on a snowy day and the towel rail was not working in the bathroom and the floor was cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful so we have no complaint there. The Bosco was very convenient for our evening out and parking was easy.

“Hotel or nightclub??”

We booked this hotel as we had a function in Richmond to go to. Its location in Surbiton is great, but it is a strange hotel. The rooms are OK, but very basic. There is no access to the hotel at night, so to speak. In order to get to your room in the evening you have to walk through a nightclub - seriously - past the bar and through a little door in the back. Fine, I guess, if you fancy a drink at the end of the night - a little intimidating for others, though. Breakfast was a bit pathetic - a little bit of cereal in the nighclub bar. Although comfortable and did the job of somewhere to sleep (at least you could not hear the nightclub from the room) it was not value for money. For a similar price you could get a much better hotel experience in the nearby Holiday Inn. We would stay here again, but only if other places were booked up. It tries hard, but it is certainly a long way off from being a 4 star hotel.

“very disappointing”

we stayed in a room above the bar and the outside smoking area- on the first floor- it was smelly of smoking and also so loud that we didn't manage to sleep until the bar closed at 02.00 in the morning, not to mention those people having a great time outside my window screaming and being totally drunk. When i checked in i asked if i can change rooms as i thought that it would be very noisy- but the hotel was apparently full so couldn't change.
