"Great hotel on the beach with fantastic staff"
Safe parking. Great superior room with a sea view. Staff that were friendly but at the same time extremely efficient. And one of the best breakfasts on any hotel outside of the USA.

"Central location"
The apartments were a welcome change to the budget hotels. Will not willingly go back to a hotel in the area. Very clean and comfortable in a central location

    Pocket Guide: Newcastle-upon-Tyne Sunderland Hotels

The beaches on the North Sea coast attract visitors during warmer months in Sunderland. Cultural sites include Hylton Castle, dating back to the 14th century, and the National Glass Centre, where admission is free. Despite its smaller size, the city has a robust nightlife with many bars and clubs near the city center. More than 100 shops can be found at Bridges Shopping Centre, also located in the city centre.
