excellent.loved the gas fireplace and hot spa. if i ever go sking at ketchm this is where i`ll stay.

“Still waiting for the manager/owner to call back per my request”

We have stayed at this hotel before and were quite happy on our prior visit-- this time we had a major customer service slip up by the employees due to a lack of communication on their part. Upon check out I requested the manager/owner call me to have a conversation. I have yet to receive a phone call so I can't say I could recommend a stay here until I feel that my business was appreciated enough to call me back at my request.
