We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations.We already replied to your google review and email.However, since the hotel does not have AC we do not advertise it.If the hotel would have AC it would be listed under the amenities on Expedia. Also, Expedia does not give us the option to mention that there is no AC.Please check our “Climate control” amenities on the hotel’s listing. We always recommend telling our Front Desk about issues with the room or facility during your stay to be able to fix it if there is anything wrong.However, we have our very own hot tub team on site that is maintaining our hot tubs every day to make sure the chemicals are balanced and the water and tubs are clean.We hope that we can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. The Studio you booked features a kitchenette complete with a counter-high fridge, dishes, cutlery, microwave/convection oven, an electric frying pan, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crock pot, and a dinner table with seating for 4. We are pleased that you were happy with your upgrade which was a split level loft unit with Kind bed and full kitchen. We hope to host you again!

Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. Please be aware that we also have forms in every room that can be filled out with any requests, as well as an app that you can use to make requests. We do usually drop off any of these items the same day if within the hours of front desk operation. There should have been a fan in your unit to help with the heat, unfortunately, as with many properties up here, the buildings were built with intended use for a ski hill. But we are always happy to try provide extra fans on a first come first served basis.

Thank you for your feedback Jason. Unfortunately as most buildings in Sun Peaks were originally built for the purpose of a ski resort, Air Conditioning was not in their plans. We do, however, provide every unit with fans and we encourage our guests to contact us if another is needed. We hope you come back to stay with us again.

As stated in our current policies, i'm afraid we are unable to enter the units whilst we have guests staying in them. As our staff all run on tight schedules, we may not have been able to bring the broom up to you immediately when requested, otherwise, we would have been more than happy to accommodate bringing items to the room.
