I stayed in a 3 bedroom townhome. It was a great place for our group. We had plenty of space. Hotel staff was fantastic. Townhouse had everything you needed for a great stay. Shuttle runs into town - you just have to call and it shows up very fast. You can also walk into town, its a short walk - maybe 5 min.

I had booked the room online however when I got the hotel they had me in a smaller room with a smaller bed. I provided my on line itinerary and the front desk promptly changed my room. I don't like surprises when checking in or checking out. There was also a $30 resort fee that is not included in the initial reservation. The staff waived this for me as we were in the "off season" and really did not use any of the resort features. Nice Hotel, Staff was very nice.

We came here on our mini honeymoon and stayed in a kind bed suite. The view was fantastic and the fireplace and kitchen made this place so comfortable. The room came with Starbucks coffee and the showers were great and spacious. I cant wait to come back here. i would definitely recommend. It has everything you need and more. The only downside was that the thermostat seemed to be broken so we utilized the balcony door and window to cool off the room.

We stayed here over MLK Weekend 2014 and had a great time. The room was plenty large enough and very well furnished/decorated. We felt very much at home. The location was super close to the slopes but a very convenient shuttle ran from the front door right to the lifts so that wasn't a big deal! Overall we were very happy with everything.

There were a few dirty handtowels in our unit when we checked in.
We stayed in a studio that had a kitchen which was fully stocked and nice.
There was a safe in our closet and extra pillows which was great.
The mattress was not that comfortable.
Also for some reason there were 2 top sheets on the bed but no fitted sheet so hard to keep the bed sheets from coming off.
Loved the fireplace and view of the mountains.
