I stayed here last year and loved it. Could not say the same this year. Elevator/corridors smelled like vomit, the bed was rock hard, and staff was unenergetic. Overall this hotel seems to be due for a remodel very soon.

The site was nice. The room was small for the cost but most of all the food was sub par for the cost. We would have ate on site more often but it was expensive and not very good. The options around so close makes it hard for you. The food needs help with exception of the burger. The pasta was bad, the salmon was a small portion and seanoned terrible. For a party of 3 (2 and a child) for $140 it needs to be good and it wasn’t. We also asked for a few items and the response was we are out of stock of that. I took my daughter down at 9:15 for a late burger and the kitchen was closed on a Saturday night. Website said open until 10, so we walked to Main Street. Durning spring break is probably not the time to close early but the hostess said they always close at 9. She was polite and went and asked the kitchen if they could make my daughter a burger but the answer was No.

Only thing i can stay is that u need to get up early if skiing early because u will be taking a cold shower. Hot water very limited n the water pressure was bad.

This is my 4th time staying at Gravity Haus.. 3x in Breckenridge and 1x in Vail, I love this boutique hotel. The staff always goes above and beyond, the restaurants are yummy, amazing coffee shop and great proximity/walking distance to everything!

We highly recommend the Gravity Haus. The location can't be beat, right at the base of the mountain and easily walkable to many dining options and the lovely downtown. The rooms were spacious. There are MANY hooks, which was much appreciated for keeping ski gear out of the way. We loved the steel tumblers and nice coffee. The snacks and drinks were nice and reasonably priced. We had four queen beds (bunks). They were comfortable, with lots of pillows which I loved. They also had scones with plug ins on each, which was nice. The Cabin Juice in-house was wonderful for breakfast and apres ski. The coffee place in the lobby was slow but very good. All of the staff were very nice. The rooms were super accommodating. The cons: our room was VERY loud. Do not book Room 202 if you need quiet. I think it was restaurant noise in the ductwork maybe, but at times it sounded like we were in the restaurant at night. The housekeeping is not regular and would not show up to "tidy" our room until 5ish, when we were just in from skiing and not able to leave so never got any service. The hot tubs are functional but not fancy. Overall, it was a wonderful property! We will be back (but hopefully in a more quiet room).

Second time at the property in two years. And, it felt a lot more run down than the first stay. Staff overall friendly; however, felt understaffed. Hot tub area felt very tired with broken jets. Main fireplace was down in lobby creating a lack luster environment. Still don't have restaurant synced to room for charges. Overall good stay but would be worried to see what another two years does to the property.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. There’s a resort fee tacked on, and for what I cannot fathom. We weren’t even allowed in the bar to get a drink one of the nights we stayed there, due to a party shutting it down? The hottub area is kind of gross and underwhelming. The hottubs are inside, and there are garage doors for outside air but they’re aren’t open, so it was muggy and the water was filmy and not clean. The first hottub we got in the jets didn’t work either. The ski lockers are convenient. However having to valet park is annoying with no other option. Overall like I said— very overpriced for what you get.

This property was absolutely amazing! The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The staff onsite was wonderful to deal. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel had amazing food and amazing drinks at the bar. The walk to main street is only about 30 seconds and ski lifts are close as well. I will be staying here again!

This is one of my favorite properties I have ever stayed in. We were in to ski with our small dog and the hotel was beautiful clean and super dog friendly. I loved the layout of the room, the common areas and the coffee shop downstairs. The hotel is great for people with dogs and walkable to everything in town. We will definitely be back.

We ended up booking this trip for our anniversary that was the week of Halloween. We had no idea that it was considered MUD season (their off season before slopes open). We booked through Expedia and there was no warning about this. We found out the day before driving there from Texas that their restaurant, bar and hot tubs would be shut down during our stay. That was disappointing. But the hotel was gorgeous and the staff was very accommodating. They ended up taking away resort fees since none of these amenities were available. I would suggest they add a spot for dogs outside since we took our dog and had to cross the street and find grassy patches for her. Great location and very walkable! Other than it being off season, we enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

The hotel was well located and well decorated however we were sent to the floor were they put people with pets and it was awful, dog smell coming thru the doors plus the barking non stop from different rooms. Do they ask if we were allergic to dogs? Not at all, so now we have a terrible rash after spending there two nights.

Our stay was fantastic! We only stayed one night but wish we would have stayed more! We will definitely be back. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the restaurant food was so good! The entire hotel was well kept and very modern. Most importantly, the staff that we encountered were some of the nicest employees that I have met. The valet staff was great and so quick. They offered to bring our bags upstairs as well. We were greeted by Connor at the front desk. He was so incredibly nice! He was very knowledgeable not only about everything in the hotel, but knew all about the area as well. He was able to give us suggestions for food, drinks, and activities. There was not a time that he didn’t have a smile on his face! He for sure deserves recognition! He made our stay so nice!
