Its a place to lay your head at night ...

Posted 21-Jul-2014
Pros: Location was not bad, it was walking distance to a few places across the street and close to the highway
Cons: Make sure that all amenities are in working order and fresh coats of paint etc.
Location: There is a lot near by, and close to the highway. The downside is that most of the town shuts down at 10pm-11pm.
While it serves as a place to get some rest and freshen up on a road trip, def. not the greatest place. The building could use some repairs which it looked like they were in the process of doing, so perhaps it will be better after the renovations. The room was not entirely clean when we arrived, and the AC unit was a wall unit that had a post it note on it from the hotel about how you can not turn it up past an 8 else it will not work, if thats the case they should probably repair it instead of just adding a note for the customer.

Affordable, not worth it.

Rooms are affordable, but not worth it. Comforters had rips in them. Toilet wouldn't stop running. Overall, did not feel safe or comfortable.

You're just sleeping there

So, it's an $80 room near the mountains so it's perfect for that. The heaters work on overdrive, open a window. The cable remote sometimes will only work when you stand near the tv. Check this before you unpack. Otherwise the wifi worked, the breakfast was included and it was clean. Totally worth the money.

Pros: Not fancy but clean

The hotel fit the bill for a short ski trip. Second stay here and won't be the last.

Only if you are desperate!!!

Posted 28-Mar-2014
We stayed at this hotel as we decided last minute to go up skiing and with all the spring breakers, we really had no other options. Unless you are desperate and cannot find any other hotels, I would not recommend this hotel. This hotel is extremely worn down and overall pretty gross. Sheets and bedding were so stained that we went out and purchased our own bedding to use. The beds were also extremely soft and uncomfortable. Two of the lights in the room did not work along with the coffee maker. Shower curtain was stained a dark yellow along the bottom. Ick!!! Worst continental breakfast we have had but better than nothing if you are starving first thing in the morning. Had a difficult time connecting to the WiiFi and was hit and miss. The tv worked and it was nice to have a mini fridge for our own breakfast food we purchased at the grocery store.

March 25,2014 Convenience to all resort areas wae

Posted 26-Mar-2014
Pros: I enjoyreakfast.ed the continental b
Cons: Check in was mass confusion when computers went down. Need to have established a good solid back up system. Employees were very stressed.
Location: It wt.as great to be around all the ski resorts. Accesability to shopping and dining was excelent.
I was disappointed that there was nor elevator. I am undergoing chemotherapy and am generally prettu weak. But I saw no other accommodations for handicapped individuals and saw nothing in the advertisement for the hotel when I was searching.

Skiing for the weekend

Posted 24-Mar-2014
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: A real bed would be great.
Location: Skii Country, USA!
The place, at $189, was the cheapest I could get in Summit County. Not expecting anything awesome, but a bed that sinks in the middle was annoying.

Pros: The room was clean but old. It is a minimalistic approach, 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels for 2 people.
Cons: ELEVATOR, more parking
We arrived to find no elevator at the hotel - glad we didn't have a third floor room. Being a Super 8 I didn't expect much and was still disappointed
