Ski trip

Posted 07-Jan-2015
Pros: close to ski slopes
Cons: Upgrade rooms and the entire facility
Location: Snow skiing, ice skating
Facility was not clean, it was run down and in serious need of upgrading. Staff couldn't answer basic questions, or address concerns.

Christmas Stay

Posted 04-Jan-2015
Pros: You are reserving condo, and they are well kept by their owners.
Location: Skiing, skating, pick-up hockey (shinny), cross country skiing, tubing. Nice restaurants.
We stayed over one night during the holidays. Definitely the most expensive time to book, but it was very nice. We had a "lakeside view" which meant we had a view of the huge skating rink at Keystone. It was super, and we partook in a little night time skating which was very nice. Skiing was good, which was our main reason to stay overnight.

Nice Place, but no indoor pool

Posted 28-Dec-2014
Condos are great!!! The only disadvantage is that the pool is outside (and water is cold although heated) & staying in condo you have to walk outside to get to the spa (i.e. meaning warmly dressed & then undress in spa, then dress again). Also Expedia photos are showing big indoor pool which is not the case. If pool doesn't bother you, I would highly recommend the condos!

Keystone Resort Lakeside Village

Posted 13-Oct-2014
Pros: view, kitchen in room
Cons: upgrade to the mattress
Location: movie theatre just a few miles up the road Snake River Saloon - saw a GREAT band Friday and Saturday night
There were a few dirty handtowels in our unit when we checked in. We stayed in a studio that had a kitchen which was fully stocked and nice. There was a safe in our closet and extra pillows which was great. The mattress was not that comfortable. Also for some reason there were 2 top sheets on the bed but no fitted sheet so hard to keep the bed sheets from coming off. Loved the fireplace and view of the mountains.

It was a great place. Beautiful, comfortable, large roomy condo. The only downside was not having kitchen towels, pot holders, and coffee filters, but when we called the were brought to us.
