Close to downtown Frisco (our destination)

Posted 12-Aug-2014
Pros: Good location. The bed and pillows were great.
Cons: They could offer breakfast.
Location: Close to the downtown area. Lots of little shops, and on this weekend, they were having an art show. Very interesting area, and an enjoyable visit.
The room was clean. We were surprised that we were in a handicapped room. Everything was very nice, but since it was handicapped, there wasn't very much flat surface in the bath

Bathroom with challenges

Posted 09-Aug-2014
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It looks in need of a renovation. The lobby is odd and they can use some signs to direct you to and from the elevator.
Location: We selected it as the nearest hotel to a relative who had just moved to Frisco. There is a hotel next door and another 1/2 mile away to try next visit
The sink had plenty of hot water; but, somehow it didn't make it to the shower which was never better than barely lukewarm. Asked to have it looked at, was assured it was corrected, but it never was. The bathroom outlet didn't work and was assured the electrician had fixed it. Unfortunately, they gave the electrician the wrong room number. We had an extension cord running from the bedroom to the bathroom for the hair dryer. The manager was completely unconcerned and talked about it being Hotel California where you couldn't check out. We stayed two nights and would not go back.

At $147/night, this room should have been cleaned

Posted 29-Jul-2014
Booked Friday through Monday at $147/night. Room was not cleaned once despite several calls to front desk. Beds not made, garbages not emptied and night staff unhelpful. At one point, he asked me if I wanted him to call the manager's mom to clean the room.

Room was clean. Stay was satisfactory.

Posted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Rooms were dark and could use updating. It would have been nice to have a sitting area outside, so we could enjoy the mountain views.
The staff was friendly. Room was clean. There was not an option to select two queen beds when we made the reservation, so we chose two double beds, hoping it would be okay. I would never do this again - beds were small and cramped and we didn't sleep well. (This was our mistake, not the fault of the hotel.) The pool area was nice and well-maintained.

Air conditioner broken in room 519

Posted 20-Jul-2014
The air conditioner would not maintain set temperature. Had to keep getting up throughout the night to lower the temperature setting before the room felt comfortable. When set to 62 degrees, the room felt 72.

Convenient location

Posted 17-Jul-2014
Pros: It was close to Lake Dillon and walking trails
Cons: I looked at the same trash laying on the ground of the parking lot for two days. Nobody picked it up.
Location: Easy access to Lake Dillon and hiking trails
Too noisy. Our air conditioner did not work so room was stuffy. Couldn't open windows because the hotel was on a busy street and by the interstate. The shower head did not work. They replaced the shower head the first day and did offer to let us move the next day.

Nice over all

Posted 27-May-2014
We were placed in room number 265 when we first arrived, it smelled. Pretty bad. I went to inform the front desk and they kindly put my husband and I in a fresh room. Everything was golden after that. We loved having an arcade room to play in after hanging out in their spa area.

The location is great. Things I would change are don't put coffee makers & cups in bathrooms that is not sanitary. Offer free coffee in the lobby, that would probably save you money. The double bed is really small.
