Very good. The interior was cute and comfortable, giving a nice cozy feel. I didn't really use the amenities, but passed through the lodge interior and it looked nice. The room was clean. I experienced no issues.

It was within walking distance of hiking trails, Main Street, and close to the Blue River Path for biking. It's enough away from a main street to be quiet. The hot tub was clean and nice.

The property was excellent and its location to town. Very walkable less than seven minutes. Communication was a little sketchy and we had to wait 15 minutes past our check in time for our door code as did another guess that we spoke with while waiting in their car. The bed was extremely comfortable and you had everything you needed. I would recommend would stay again. They just need to work on their texting accuracy timeliness

This condo was within walking distance to downtown. The hot tubs are amazing. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire in the lodge on the chilly evenings.

The place looked great. Lost water for the first night making it not possible to take a shower or use the restroom. The hot tub waa great the first night. The second night the hot tub lost power before the time stated by the rules of 10pm and was very frustrating because you could not get a hold of a lobby worker because they had left for the night.

It was an ok experience for the price i guess. Very small space for 3 adults and a five year old to share, the pictures made it out to be much much bigger. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and i wasnt able to sleep very well. I wouldnt stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Great for a weekend getaway!
Great location! The accommodations were nice enough, albeit a bit cramped for four of us. It was basically a studio condo/apartment and we originally were expecting a one bedroom with a separate living room/sleeper sofa.

This was legitimatly the worst place we have stayed in Breckinridge. Not only that, we stay here twice a year every year and I have never had a more noise and crap experience. 10 years straight... the worst!

Great place except its on the first floor and the people upstairs were noisy only because the floors creaked so much. Second floor would have been a better choice.

Nice property. Clean and very convenient for walking to downtown. Our unit was well supplied, but disposal didn’t work, the unit was a dark dingy color... needs lightening up which might help it look not so small. Also the couch was threadbare... looked awful but was surprisingly comfortable.

Overall, the stay was nice. Not far from downtown (walking distance) and grocery store about 3 min (drive) away. There is a creek behind the lodge with a grassy spot and picnic tables. The room had a comfortable bed and a couch but lacking other seating. A bit noisy, the other tenants could be heard throughout evening into late night.

This was a great location for the family. Within walking distance to Main Street. Our room was small but very well laid out and very clean. House keeping does an amazing job. When we needed new towels, they were there within 5 minutes. My kids loved the game room on the basement.

What we were not fond of was that there was a door from our room to the clubhouse lobby that they indicated locked from the lobby side. it was a little uneasy. Sound from upstairs to downstairs units was very loud. Overall it was awesome little place.

This lodge is so cute! Close enough to Main Street to walk but far enough away for quiet. The rooms are small but totally functional with all the amenities except AC. The weather was warm so the rooms became warm during the day but at night with the windows opened it cooled the room down eventually. Contactless check-in/check-out was easy! Thanks for a wonderful time! We will be back.

What I like... Place seemed very clean. Close to downtown, walking distance to everything. Close to bike path. Full kitchen for cooking breakfast. Recently refurbished, so the place looked new inside. Hot tubs for relaxing after long bike ride. What I didn't like... A couple maintenance issues. The screen door cylinder needs a tune up, otherwise it just slams shut. Only two burners on the stove worked. The kitchen sink was slow to drain, seemed a little clogged. Please fix those couple issues, and I'll definitely come back.

Terrible condo, insecure building.
This condo had an door to the adjoining unit, and that door had no lock on it. The unit is not secure. On our first night, someone came by pounding on the door at 3am. After I realized that the unit is not secure, we left.
