“Nice Stay for the Family”
When we arrived, we were upgraded to a 2 queen plus pull out couch. The room was very roomy and aside from a few hallway noises, very quiet. They boys enjoyed the pool, and the hot tub (though a little hot) was very nice and large. The breakfast was wonderful, with biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, fruit, boiled eggs, pastries and breads, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, milk, juices. There are 2 computers in the lobby for guest use and you can print as well. We used this to check grooming reports at the ski resorts. This hotel is very conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. The staff were all very friendly. I would pay more to stay at this hotel over the other budget hotels out there!
“wouldn't hesitate to stay again.”
After I made reservations., I read the reviews. I felt hesitant in staying, thought about cancelling. But thought , the price is good. I was very pleased with the service. I asked for a luggage rack to carry my large oxygen tank to my room. Patrick, a young man that works there offered to help with it. He transported it up to my room and back to my car when I checked it. I am very grateful for his help. I enjoyed my stay.
“older hotel, but clean”
.....I liked the 3 queen beds in one room for our family of 5. Pool/Hot tubs were good. Breakfast was ok....no meat or eggs but lots of bread type breakfast foods to choose from.
“Good value”
This was a great hotel for the price. The staff was very helpful. The in room fridges were very convenient. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was adequate, better than many. My only complaint would be the breakfast space was inadequate for the crowd when the hotel was full.
“Great hotel”
We came here after going to another hotel in Frisco that we were too scared to even go inside! Very impressed with Best Western - will definitely be going back next year.
“Middle of the Road but Convenient”
Nothing special, decent clean place to sleep, with easy access to area attractions.
“It was great!”
The staff was helpful and the motel was conveniently located.
“Worst hotel stay in a while”
Stayed in room 427. Awakened throughout night and at the crack of dawn by the sound of squeaky doors of other rooms. I'm not talking a mild squeak; this was like something out of a horror movie. Patrons running up and down the hallway at late hours (supposedly the "quiet hours") and congregating in the hallway talking loudly. Not at all impressed with this hotel.
“BestWestReview2011”
We had some pretty loud neighbors (teens/college students) who were slamming, running, etc., late into the night (11:30 PM - 2:30 AM). I had to call the hotel desk twice to have them controlled.
“Too outdated”
This hotel was very outdated. The furniture in the room had been there for a very long time and no matter how clean it was it just didn't feel clean in the room. Pool was nice but area around pool could use update. The breakfast was very basic.
