Super place to stay.

Pros: Everything !
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: Near to Bury St Edwards, Lavenham and National Trust Properties.
Arrived to be welcomed by Ray who showed us around and made us tea and scones which we had in the garden. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed and there was a large modern en suite shower room. Breakfast was served in a large upstairs room which was also a comfortable sitting room with books,a jigsaw, and music which we were told could be used by guests. There was information about places to eat, walks in the area and maps. Nothing seemed too much trouble to Rachel and Ray and I would gladly recommend this b&b.

My Secret business escape, better than hotels

what a gem, great location near to town, comfortable room, i'm only sorry i was up too early to enjoy the home cooked breakfast from 7:30am, but will 100% be booking my room here when in this area again, why should i ever look to stay in a hotel again when you can stay in this lovely barn conversion property, with beautiful views of the countryside.

Five star luxury

Posted 08-Sep-2013
Pros: Warm, friendly welcome. Beautiful accommodation.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Between Bury St Edmunds and Diss. Near to Bressingham which is certainly worth a visit. About 45 minutes from Cambridge. Good pubs and walks nearby.
Oak Farm Barn was perfect in every way and Rachel and Ray have thought of absolutely everything that guests could wish for, including boots and willies for walking! You can also borrow bicycles. We had a warm welcome followed by tea and scones in their beautiful garden. Our room was so tastefully furnished, large and clean. Ensuite was also lovely. Breakfast was splendid in the large, airy room upstairs that can also be used as a sitting area.Wish we had booked more than one night.
