“a hotel that has gone badly wrong”

We used this hotel many times in the last 5 years, and it was previously a good, if not great, hotel. They booked the wrong bed size and with no change possible there was no apology The window frame is old and rotten so window could not close properly. Fire alarm went off at midnight...and apparently this a regular occurrence, evereyone in the car park...again no apologies. We left breakfast voucher in room but their written list at restaurant reception confirmed I had one. Despite me asking if i could bring it later, they made me walk back to room 59, far end of hotel to get the voucher or NO BREAKFAST....zero flexibility or customer service attitude.. This used to be a good hotel...it has gone downhill fast with poor quality service and staff, this is a hotel on a cheap cost basis, and the customer pays for it in service...AVOID..we will not be going back...

“A little confusing”

A little confusing between being call Marriott and now Holiday Inn. The GPS does not know it exist. You have to follow the direction for the Marriott on the road.
