Clean friendly and reasonable price

Posted 12-Jul-2014
Pros: Location, clean, parking and price.
Cons: Slight modernisation of rooms and furniture. Not overstruck on shared toilet shower facility!
Location: Close to station and City Centre
Easy to book with good communications. Good location with parking facility. Basis room but comfortable and ideal for a one night stop for our road trip through East Anglia. It is close to the train station but not noisy. Nice full English breakfast and attentive friendly waitress. Would not hesitate to stay again.

weekend away

Posted 20-May-2014
Pros: The room was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the location was excellent and the parking facilities were also a great bonus.
Cons: Just one small thing I think the matress was getting a little worn but this wasn't to much of a problem and overall the hotel was very adequate.
Location: The hotel is greatly placed for the town centre, pubs, football ground and train station
I enjoyed my overall stay. I do not wish to write more.

Hotel Near the Station

Posted 19-Mar-2014
Pros: Location within walking distance of the station. The excellent breakfast, and good service of the dining room staff. Excellent value for money.
Location: Catch the train
I was warmly welcomed, and helped with my luggage to my room. It was a ground floor suite, and so there were no stairs to climb. The room was well heated, and the bed was comfortable. Although trains ran close to the hotel, it was very quiet there.

Value for money paid. Rooms dated and need refurbishment but ok for price paid. Breakfast good. Close to railway station but not too noisy if windows are closed.

I was new to the town and this stay was perfect in every way. Booked a room for 5 nights, but i some point and with a short notice, i needed to extend my stay. The manager was 5 stars and helped me out.
