I chose this hotel as I had only planned on visiting the Mercedes-Benz museum which is a five minute walk down the road which was nice. It was a bizarre experience as this didn't seem to be a busy area at all during our one-night stay. I felt I was the only one staying in the hotel. This isn't a strike against the hotel at all, they were great. Their breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Would stay again if I happened to find myself in Stuttgart again.

What a disappointment!
It is right next to a football stadium so it gets loud and extremes busy. Upon arrival i found out that you have to pay 18 € per 24hrs for parking!!!
They had unfolded a sofa bed for the kids which had massive gaps on both sides.
When i requested extra pillows i had to walk down to reception as the phone was not working.
Dont get me started on the beds and pillows. What a horrible horrible bed! Never again.

There are many characteristics of this hotel that made for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, informative, and spoke English. The room itself was clean, and the soundproofing between rooms allowed us to sleep undisturbed. The breakfast was also excellent. The only real negative was that the fridge in our room didn’t work.

18 Euros a day for car parking i thought was quite pricey
Stayed as close to Mercedes museum so handy for that - not much to do in the area though other than eat at hotel restaurant

Disappointing for a Hilton.
Requested room service - which is clearly advertised in the room but was told no an to go to the restaurant. Having included breakfast with my room, I was told it wasn’t included!!

The room wasn’t worthy of a two star hotel. Small bed, large room but only one desk chair, no where else to sit. Looks old.
Only positive is location near Mercedes museum.

Great hotel service, large and clean room, excellent catering in the hotel restaurant. Hotel is ideally located near the Mercedes Museum. Indoor parking is an advantage.

I was very disappointed in this Hilton as I always have high hope for this chain of hotels. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable as the mattress was thin and hospital quality. There was
Mold in the shower. When we went to use the safe inside the room and store our passports and safe broke and we had to wait for maintenance to get our valuables out. Just for the price we paid for the night I would of rather stayed some there else

Had a terrible experience. I was there for one night. In the evening I took a shower but a clog filled my whole bathroom and parts of my room with water. When I told them they said nothing can’t be done at this time. They did offer a room change but I was tired and it was only for one night.
The next morning I wake up early morning to two maintenance people actually getting into my room while I was asleep. I asked them to return later and they said no. And started working only because the water had started leaking to the lower floor. Felt like a bad movie.
Other than that. The room was actually nice and so was the reception staff. But they still gave me the worst experience possible

The nearby street parking was easy to access and plentiful; no need to pay for parking in the hotel’s parking garage. If you are fully vaccinated (3 vaccines: 2 required + booster if its been 6 months for 18+ age and 2 vaccines for ages 12-17) you can use the hotel’s gym and restaurant. The bar and sauna was closed due to current restrictions. We took advantage of the free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. We didn’t use the kettle in the room as it smelled bad and had old water in it—looked like housekeeping had overlooked cleaning it for many days. But otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. We were a family of 4 and had only 1 large room and the pullout sofa bed was comfortable enough to sleep 2 teens. The hotel had the sofabed already prepared for us on arrival.
