“ACHAT Hotel Stay near Porsche Museum in Stuttgart”

This hotel was great and had a nice restaurant attached that was open until 11:00. There was free water in the lobby, which is great after the walk with bags from the train station. It wasn't that far, but the water was nice to have. The only improvement I would make is to add free wireless internet in the rooms. This is more important that television these days. If a hotel can afford to put televisions in all the rooms, then it can afford to grant its patrons access to an essential businss tool.

“Ideal for Porsche museum”

Hotel was booked for ease of access to Porsche Museum which was a 5-10 minute walk away. Italian restaurant was very good and friendly unfortunately was shut on our second night (Saturday) and finding another nearby was rather difficult we eventually walked back past the Porsche Museum and found another small Italian restaurant which was adequate and reasonable. Breakfast was good wouldnt advise for a long stay as it is in an industrial area and nowhere to go out walking to but was fine for our purposes.

Good hotel for the price. Yes, it's in a factory zone (but hi-tech clean factories), but it's near the S-Bahn and the McDonalds next door was actually VERY nice.

the reason i stayed here was that i reviewed that this hotel was close to porsche factory and museum...within walking distance.The hotel is not 5 star but they do not claim to be.I was very comfortable here and was very pleased with my stay,and i would stay there again.Employees were helpful and nice.

“OK for one night stay”

OK for one night stay. Parking was in the basement easy accessible from elevator that connects rooms. Breakfast not included. Overall good value for money, although dirty carpets and curtains. Spacious room with TV. Internet WiFi is available althoug I didn't check if is working.

Great, easy hotel. Within easy walking distance to metro next to Porsche Museum. Quick 5-10 min train ride into downtown Stuttgart. The hotel sits above a McDonalds which was convenient when coming home late from the bars :)

“Ruined Oktoberfest”

We were coming from Oktoberfest and my boyfriend called to let them know we would be checking in late. They told us we had to be there by 1am or the doors would be locked. So, I call at 1am to let them know we were ten minutes away (after a scary rush on the autobahn to make it in time) and he said "no worries, you can come whenever!" Well, I am glad we ran from Oktoberfest early, rushed down the highway with no gas and barely made it for nothing. We come to find the hotel is situated above/ beside a McDonalds. It was more of a motel experience, not a hotel. On expedia, I stated 2 adults were taking the room, yet there was only 1 towel, 1 small blanket and 1 pillow! The bed was not comfortable and the TV was from the 80s. The room was relatively unattractive and old. It's fine for a night, but expect a motel experience. My worst complaint is the check-in time being reported as 'no later than 1am' and then it didn't matter and we had to leave Oktoberfest early for NO REASON! That really ticked me off.

“Basic accomodations in Stuttgart”

Average accomodations. Recommended to me, since I was going to the Porsche Museum within walking distance, and was traveling solo. First floor is shared with Italian restaurant on one side and an Mc Donald's on the other.

“It's Ok, nothing special”

Hotel is fine but nothing special. Rooms not that big compared to some other hotels but big enough, clean and warm. McDonalds is right next door, Porsche museum and train station about 10 minute walk. Train in to Stuttgart is about another 10 minutes. Convenient for the Porsche Museum specifically and if you are bringing a car to the city, Staff could be a little more friendly though.
