We stayed for 2 nights to see the Christmas markets. Prime location opposite the station and wSlking distance to all the markets. They even stored our bags for us on the last day so we could just pick them up on the way to the station later. Large family room (we have 2 small children) with plenty of space for the kids to play. Only marked the room down a point as the carpet was quite stained in places but I could see other rooms have been refurbished and look really nice. Even though the carpet was marked the room felt clean and the small fridge/minibar came in useful to store baby bottles etc. there was a bit of street noise but that's what you expect for such z central location. Couldn't rate the breakfast highly enough. Good choice and plenty of it and it's included in the room. The lounge area in the foyer and toilets came in very useful to freshen up before getting the train too. Would definately stay again.
A fantastic hotel for visiting Strasbourg and centrally located.
The receptionist was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help us locate supermarkets for a spot of wine shopping.
The hotel is a nice stroll from the main city centre, but with interesting shops along the route to browse.
The rooms were tidy and clean and overall couldnt have asked for any more - would recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly recommend a visit to Strasbourg and its surrounding countryside
The hotel is comfortable and centrally located. It is adjacent to the mall which serves as a great landmark for those who are unfamiliar with city....especially at night. The staff in the dining room and at the registration desk spoke English which made my life a lot easier. They marked maps with the locations I wanted to go to and kept a great cheerful attitude. I read some of the reviews before I left and found them very informative, especially the comment about requesting an odd numbered room cause it provides a great view of the city. My overall stay was very pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the cramped toilet and the fact that the elevator doesn't go all the way down the the second level of the parking garage. You have to take the stairs.
