I usually do not have time to write reviews, but wanted to warn other customers about my experience. Very sad to report that I had a very unpleasant check out. First I was told that I had minibar charges that were not mine. At the end they did not charge me but a gentleman in a sarcastic way came out from the office to ask again implying that I did not want to pay 6 euros. I covered the room cost in advance in expedia but the front desk charged me the entire room cost again. I contacted expedia to deal with them because I did not want any more rude behaviours against me. I have been told that I will get a refund. In summary, pay attention to the charges of this hotel because there is no attention to detail. Unusual rude front desk staff in a 4 star hotel. Thank you to expedia for your help with this!

The room is very cold,even i asked the managment many times.The bed is small may be 70 to 80 cm wideth.You can move in the bed.

Overpriced. We were located in the annex across the street. Small rooms, but clean and efficient. This hotel is beautiful but has zero ambiance. Secure and Quiet area, but a walk to the main areas and the train station. It was worth about half what we paid.

A glorious hotel and brasserie
This architectural and historical gem is the perfect location just 3 minutes walk from Petit France but away from the crowds. The staff were so kind and friendly- we had the perfect stay! The Brasserie also needs a mention - superlative service and a location to die for. A truly memorable two days - thank you

The hotel was great, the location is very close to la petite France. The room are spacious, very comfortable and very well decorated. The hotel is stylish and the spa was really confortable and relaxing. The only negative point is the lack of parking option at the hotel outside of valet parking. The only parking option is with the valet which is 30euros a night for outside parking and quite pricey on the top of the room rate.

Lovely place to stay for Strasbourg!
Really nice property. About 1Km from city center but an easy walk. Spacious for France standards and very cool decor. We did not get to try the restaurant but it was packed with locals so it is probably really good.

Beautifully restored buiding
Even in Covid restricted times the staff went out to their way to make this stay a pleasure. This is a tastefully decorated and renovated property extremely well situated in the University area - albeit a little bit difficult to find by car!! Ideally located for walking to Petit France area - a must to wander around taking in the architecture. Definitely would return

Loved our stay at this hotel. We were upgraded upon arrival to a bigger room and they allowed for our dog to stay with us as well (with an extra charge). We had a very good breakfast delivered to our room in the morning and it was delightful!
