We booked this hotel because the Expedia description said roll away bed was available. We were in CA for my husband’s brother funeral and needed the 3rd bed. The hotel refused and said if we canceled we’d be charged a penalty. Disappointed in their customer service and attitude toward guests.
We got in early and was able to check in right away and didn’t have to for check in. Everyone that works there is ever friendly and helpful. The property and rooms are very clean. Would definitely recommend staying there if you’re in Stockton
I love the property and love to stay at this hotel but this time I didn't like i was given a handicap room the bathtub was really uncomfortable to shower.the bathroom sink was really small.
I like the convenience and cleanliness of this place. The employee in charge of the breakfast needs customer service training. No good morning to guests and somewhat rude.
I would have given you 5 stars if not for the breakfast lady.
Overall, it was fine. Clean hotel and a friendly front desk. Quiet as well. There was a funny odor in my room but room was very clean and it wasn’t bad enough to switch rooms.
Overall good but no TV service . Which we should have been told at check in. Asked for prorated rate and was told would have to contact management. Service had been down since Friday hard to believe with a huge organization like holiday inn.
