first of all, it was filthy dirty plus bed bugs everywhere, No towel provided even if I asked for. so noisy from I-5, no sound proof at all. front desk double charged me with security deposit, motel fee. I had to call my credit card customer service for help. it looked like homeless camp, not like advertised in Expedia. horrible never ever stay in this place.

BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISING I was moved around 3 times due to room issues.1st room safety the lock wouldn't latch. 2nd toilet didn't work. 3rd the heater didn't work. I was provided extra blacket but it was the worst room by far cause it was infested with BED BUGS I didn't realize until i woke up covered in bites. Front desk wasnt concerned at all and was no help. The clerk gave me a card with the managers email thats all he could do. I have yet to be reimbursed. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT BE FOOLED

We did not end up staying here. After checking in and entering the room we could see that the place was not as advertised. The cleanliness and safety were questionable. There were a lot of people hanging around outside and loitering (those staying at and not staying). After the manager checked us in he proceeded to watch us go get our luggage and find our room as he told others to not hang out outside and go back to their room. We stayed in the room no longer than 5 minutes before decided we were not safe and the place felt unsanitary. We put our things back in the car and went to the office. As we asked for a refund and told them we were not staying all the sudden the manager was no where to be found. I made 2 attempts to contact Expedia. The first time they told me they would have to contact the hotel because it was paid through the hotel not Expeida. Well what do you know, Expedia could not reach the manager either. The 2nd attmempt, again Expedia could not reach the manager. They told me there was nothing they could do and in the end gave me a $15.00 expedia cash in place of my money I lost for the 2 night reservaation. Really as a big business that Expedia is, THATS ALL THEY COULD DO? 15 DOLLARS??? I was out almost $170.00 and the hotel just took my money for their drug and prostituted ridden hotel. I can't believe Expedia still chooses to do business with such a company and management. I am disgusted and appalled.

The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in. It would not close securely and I had to push the chair under the door knob to secure it for the night. There was a smashed roach still on the wall and the bedding had stains on them. There was also. Stench coming from the bathroom. I know you get what you pay for but really?!?!

For most people they might not like the budget in but you know I've been in Stockton most of my life and Budget inn is like one of the best places to go stay at they will actually take care of what you need to be taken care of it on on the time you're supposed to be taken care of so enjoy your stay have a nice night take your shower go across the street get you guys some dinner if everything right there in that little area

The beds were made but the sheets were stained. The room smelled dirty. The shower handle was broken. The mirrors were scratched and tagged. The carpets were stained and obviously dirty. It was raining and the 3 flights of stairs we had to climb were wet and slippery. There were people right outside the door smoking weed and doing drugs. I did not stay here.

At booking, notified property that we were traveling in large moving van with 3 cats. Initial key card wouldn’t work. When finally got into the room, toilet didn’t work and had to change rooms - with cats in carriers! Sketchy neighborhood. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

There were no towels in my room, the shower curtain was fallen off of the wall and my fiancé had to put it back up, there were hairs everywhere, there was a bloody napkin on the floor, and the soaps were all previously used. The sheets had stains on them, despite the bed being made. There was no screen on the window, the AC was kicking out a lot of dust, and nasty particles. The shower would not maintain a constant temperature, it would drastically change. The floor seems as it had not been swept for the past few visits, and there was pee in the toilet when we got there. The doorframe was broken, and the key card wasn’t working at first. There was a woman who shoved a man out of her car, and they were throwing stuff at eachother and cussing loudly at 3am in front of the lobby. There were additional tweakers we heard outside of the hotel room being loud at 330am, cussing and threatening eachother. Usually I am not this picky, but the room was extremely unsanitary. I did not have time to go and ask for a different room because it was very late at night.

Not every room comes with a fridge. I understand that if you stay for a week they don't clean the rooms as often but they never did even if i asked. Hard to get towels when needed. The area has way to many people there hanging around outside that are not guest.

This has to be, with out any doubts the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The room was dirty, the bathroom had feet marks on the shower, the sheets had stains in it, but the worst of all was the beds where full of bedbugs. Suffice to say that we did not stay the night, as soon as we noticed the bedbugs, we pack our things and left. Expedia should remove this place from their website.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. If you like dirty floors, hair from the previous guest in and around the sink, a mattress that’s sunk 3 inches in the middle, smelly bed and sheets, no hot water, no remote, bugs and huge cobwebs in the corner, a tub that’s completely stripped, staff that doesn’t care (if you can find them), the walls vibrating every time a truck passes by on the adjacent freeway, then this is the place for you. I’m writing this review after standing in line for 20 minutes to check out because no one was there (we even tried calling them and no answer with no vm). Someone finally walked by behind the counter three times and didn’t even look up as everyone in line yelled for help. I don’t trust booking with Expedia after this experience. Shame on you for listing this property and making people have to brave this place.
