Marvellous stay! We visited Stockholm for two nights. This property and surrounding area are outstanding. Excellent view of the harbour. Staff were amazing. They upgraded us for my birthday. Plenty of transport and dining next door.

This is a great location ! Across the bridge to Old Town . 8 min walk to central station . We requested a room with a view and the view was beautiful! Staff were great . These are some areas of the hotel that are a little tired . Really great stay and I would very much recommend this hotel .

All the staff were very helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist. I mention Adam who was so polite and friendly. He carried my bags and gave me plenty of tips on going around especially adviding me to avoid hailing taxis always book them from your hotel. I admire their green choice option - the only hotel who's got it and I've been to many of them. Highly recommended.

It wasnt as close as the other properties at the central station, so family travelling with pet and young children..please reconsider. I booked as it was 5 stars but it wasnt as worthy. Bed is comfortable. Pillow too soft. Obviously 3 guests. Given only 2 bath towels and it was a hassle to keep requesting. Very close to old town but if i know its not a "5 stars" i would rather choose one that is as close to the alranda express than to walk 9 mins with big luaggages. Not worth walking. The counter check in staffs weren't friendly, approachable neither service oriented. I wonder how they were fitted as the first touch for guests arriving all over the world. Throughout the 5 nights, there were only one guy who was worthy and a gem to the hotel. Imagine how frustrated to have the counter ladies for a first impression. Just BAD. Requested a nicer view..well wasnt given but was given a interal wall view for 5 nights. They didnt given mention as said sorry my request cant be fulfilled. Simply ignored, take it or leave it. If they acknowledge the request and apologize for not being able to fulfil, i bet guests would be more giving and understanding. Nope, not at all. Don't give these people your credit card data
Normally it is very difficult to put bills on a room which isn't supposed to be there. At hotels you normally need to sign for things you put on the room at the restaurant or order to your room etc. At this hotel you can apparently order what you want and just state a random room number and let someone else pay - or the staff is so incompetent that they manage to mess it up on a regular basis. I'm an international touring artists since over 30 years. It's been hundreds of hotels in 65 countries. Everything from cheap 3-star to fancy 5 star hotels. It has barely happened at all over the years, that I had to dispute or complain about the hotel trying to bill me erroneously. But the previous time I stayed at Sheraton Stockholm, they billed me a breakfast I never asked for and didn't attend. I complained and the money was returned after some hassle and and I got an apology. Mistakes can happen everywhere, so I stayed there again this month. I even decided to extend the stay for an extra day. It's a nice hotel with a great location. But AGAIN, they have charged my card 590 SEK (like 60 EUR/USD) for something I havn't ordered or received (I ordered nothing to the room and never attended the restaurant other than one included breakfast). It's simply incomprehensible how a 4-star hotel in a first world capital can be so dysfuntional and irresponsible.

Fantastic location
The location is fantastic. It is close to the central station, the historic old town, and new modern shopping center. The room was very clean and everyone we interacted with was great. The hotel itself is a little on the older side. The carpets looked a little worn, and there were some dings on doors and walls. It still felt very clean though.

No USB ports to be found anywhere!
There is no USB port to be found anywhere. The maindesk was kind enough to loan is an adapted since we were missing our suitcase with our electronics in it.

Nice hotel with a few minuses
First the plusses. Service was excellent. We were allowed into our room early. Our room was updated and very clean with a picture-perfect view of the water. It was an easy walk into Gamla Stan for an excellent, casual Italian dinner at Da Peppe. The negatives: The area around the train station and the Sheraton is not the best for upscale shopping and restaurants, although we could walk the half mile to the nicer areas. 2. We were a little disappointed in the quality of the breakfast buffet compared to a comparable hotel where we had stayed previously.
