“Pretty good”

Nice hotel. Staff in both hotels I've been to in Stockholm seem prickly and a bit rude but I'm pretty sure it's just two bad experiences as it's definitely not a cultural thing - the Swedes are great! I'll probably return to this hotel though next time I'm in Stockholm, unless I can get a room at a place with a free gym which this implied but didn't have.

“A little bit disappoint!”

We have booked for 3 twin rooms for 6 man to use. But we have offer for double rooms with 1 big bed in the room. How can two man stay in one bed. That's awful...

“Nice Hotel - But Billing Errors Turned Us Sour”

We were well pleased with the hotel amenities, but billing errors turned us sour and have yet to be resolved. We paid in advance via credit card to Expedia for a standard room, but when we arrived there were no standard rooms available. We agreed to a room upgrade charge that came to an additional 12% cost. But then when we checked, the clerk hit our credit card for the full amount again plus the upgrade charge. When we pointed out the error, it was corrected immediately but the currency exchanges rates and the bank transaction fees cost us more from the clerk’s error. Now we’re finding that we were double billed again after we left for the upgrade fee. We have contacted the hotel via e-mail but as yet have no response.

Area recommendations
All of Stockhom is beautiful. Any place is good.

“Very impressed in particular the breakfast provided.”

It is really a great hotel at a reasonable price. It is not at the centre of downtown, but very convenience.

Area recommendations
The Old Town is a very good place for visitors.

“Not impressed,”

While using the special rate you should be aware that this hotel tends to give you room called junior suite but the room is actually extremely small closet. Double bed is small and the mattress is too soft. The service is ok but stick to the informed time-table as the breakfast stops exactly as informed and it will be taken away quickly. But if you are only to stay in the room only for the night the hotel is quite ok and easy to reach. Good hotel for business where you stay only for the night.

“Excellent Location”

The Elite Palace Hotel was ideally situated for Central Stockholm, with buses and trains very close to the hotel. Restaurants nearby were of a mixed menu to please anyone's taste. Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. Would definitely return for another visit.

Traveller's tip
Seek out the 1, 2, 3 or week's travel vouchers which can be used both for hopping on and off buses and trains. Over 60's get a massive discount which saves a lot of money on travelling. These can be bought at corner shops or at a bus or train terminal. The can be shown when entering most attractions for a further discount on Entry price.

“Mycket prisvärt”

Mycket prisvärt hotell där det inte fanns något att klaga på. Hjälpsam personal, bra frukost, sköna sängar och sen check ut-tid på söndagar.

“Buono.., peeroooò.....”

Sia ben chiaro: sul livello di quest'albergo non si discute! Colazione super, mezzi pubblici per il centro molto accessibili, wi-fi gratuito ed illimitato. E' proprio per questo motivo che alcune cadute di stile sono meno sopportabili. Mi spiego: siete claustrofobici? Le finestre si aprono solo di pochi centimetri. Avete caldo? Pazienza, nelle stanze non c'è aria condizionata! ..ed altri piccoli particolari (stesse lenzuola per tre notti, mancava lo 'scopino' in bagno, etc), che singolarmente potrebbero essere trascurabili, ma tutte insieme...
