“hotel near Arlanda Airport”

Fine hotel, room quite small but perfectly fine. Free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel only starts at 18:00 (you pay SEK 150 for earlier service). Free shuttle service to the airport, fortunately, starts at 4:00. They charge SEK 50 for three (consecutive) hours of internet access, and SEK 100 for 24 such hours. They even charge SEK 20 for the hot water for your tea; on the other hand, some breakfast is available well before 4:00. The personnel was a bit brusque

“do not waste your money”

shuttle runs 1 in hour if you call for pick up you need pay. no restaurant, no room service, no wake up call. customer service does not exist at this place. rooms are small i has to come down twice for my key to work.

“"Very convenient"”

Excellent for passengers to stay one nigth. Small rooms with everything you need. Good breakfast. I will stay at this hotel next time I have an early flight at the Arlanda Airport.

“satisfactory”

Overall, this is quite a good hotel for a brief layover at Arlanda. It's a 5 minute drive from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wi-fi rates are a bit expensive however. (Frankly, I get pretty annoyed whenever wireless costs extra at *any* hotel these days.). Also, the shuttle bus pick-up times for Arlanda arrivals don't get rolling until early evening.

“Pleasant surprise at Connect”

Very clean, simple, no extravagance. Did not eat at hotel because offerings appeared meager, but morning breakfast was substantial and satisfying. Hotel was quiet and a model of efficiency. Shuttle was on time with no problems getting to airport. Only comment against hotel that I can think of is that I would not have artwork in hotel lobby of insects. Not appetizing for those dining. Would stay here again, however.

“Just what we needed”

We needed a hotel close to Arlanda to avoid rushing to the airport the following morning. This hotels has no frills, but just what we needed: comfy beds, a great bathroom, and a bar. The only negative is that our roll-away bed was not in the room when we arrived. Not a big deal... I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay prior to an early flight out of Arlanda.

“Beware the additional shuttle charges”

I booked this as an AIRPORT Hotel with shuttle facility, however on arrival I found the shuttle is only available in the morning (until 9.30am) and in the evening, the cost of the shuttle each way being SEK 150 (around Euros €16), when used both ways this adds a substantial cost to the room. I would have have chosen a central Stockholm hotel for the same cost, not likely to stay in this hotel again unless I know I am going to arrive within the schedule operating times of the shuttle.

“Great airport hotel.”

Great airport hotel.Close to airport. Free shuttle service to and from airport. Check hotel site for shuttle service times from airport. Shuttle service to airport is posted at the main desk. Very clean. Comfortable bed. I chose a double room instead of a single based on others' reviews. I was happy to have a bit more space as I was in a tiny room at a conference before heading back home. Free internet kiosk in lobby. Breakfast buffet was standard bread, cheese, cold cuts, jam,boiled eggs, etc. Got in too late to have dinner there. Bar looked fully stocked. Pleasant park across from hotel. Renovations are almost completed. It looked like just a few more rooms on the top floor were being done. I had a renovated room.
