Stuart was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I felt like we were staying with an old friend. His place is clean and the breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying with him again.

Lovely stay! Rooms beautiful. Lounge area had a nice fire in the evening along with served hot beverages. GPS was just a bit off, had to call. Puck’s Glen hike was wonderful!

Unique furnishings-loved the thistle wallpaper in our room, and the big dining room for breakfast. The host is so helpful and friendly, booked us a restaurant as soon as we arrived for that night. Highly suggest using the local bus stop, right in front of house, to get to Stirling castle & restaurants on other end of town. Also convenient walk to a few dining options in direction of Wallace monument.

Stuart was a wonderful host! Great room, great breakfast, great service! Very convenient location. Stuart offered to make reservations for us at a few local restaurants and made sure to let us know of some other things around if we were interested in other options. Would definitely come back again.

The host is a lovely man who was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. We almost changed our travel plans to stay another night. Rooms are not huge but very clean and well appointed.

Stuart was a great host. Gave us great dining recommendations and booked us a table on Friday night knowing that restaurants will be busy. The breakfast was amazing, loved the home made bread. Easy walk to the heart of Stirling. Book this place, you won't regret it.

Ravenswood is ideally placed for walking into town, to local eating places and the William Wallace Monument! The host is a font of knowledge and can cook an excellent breakfast too! Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Great experience!
Stuart and the Ravenswoods Guest House was great! Stuart was baking brown bread as we arrived and it smelled amazing! I ate some for breakfast the next morning and its the best brown bread I've ever had. The room was a tad small and its not easy to get up the stairs to the upper bedrooms if you have large heavy suitcases but it is comfortable. Its very close in if you need groceries or want to take a short walk to Stirling Bridge. Dont hesitate...just book it!

Stu was amazing! We'd arrived after a long day of travel and he welcomed us with a wonderful cup of tea and a cozy home-like atmosphere. Homemade bread for morning toast was excellent! Will intentionally travel to Stirling just to stay here again!

Good location. Owner was delightful. Great welcome, dining room and delicious breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was very small, but ok for 1 night. Recommend!

A beautiful property with a very welcoming host. Our room was perfect and beds were super comfy. Our host, Stuart wqs very helpful and informative. Breakfast was AMAZING! Would love to come back again.

Excellent value and amazing service
Stuart was a fantastic host arranging a slightly earlier check in and making us feel so welcome. The room was extremely tidy and the bed was very comfy allowing us to have an amazing nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made with everything you could really ask for. Overall our stay was superb and excellent value for money. If we ever come to Stirling again we would 100% stay at Ravenswood guest house. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Stirling to stay with Stuart at Ravenswood guest house!!

We had a lovely stay at the Ravenswood guest house, the host has clearly put a lot of thought into making the guest house as comfortable and convenient to stay as possible, with many nice welcoming touches. The host was also super helpful, offered much great local knowledge and cooked yummy breakfasts! Our stay was in the twin room, which is a little tight on space, but perfectly comfortable, clean and maintained. Considering the location and competitive price the room size can easily be forgiven. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this guest house first on any further visits we make to the area.

Comfortable, relaxed, short visit
Very clean room. Room 1 was wonderful with a modern, stylish bath. Bed was comfy. Stuart was a great host. His homemade brown bread was an especially appreciated addition to breakfast. We would come back.

A most delightful stay!
Stuart was an absolute gem! He was kind and personable and his home was lovely! The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. We had to leave rather early the next morning to catch the ferry in Cairnryan and he still made us a delicious breakfast that was ready at 7am. Would stay again!

Favorite B&B of all time to date. Very clean comfortable great location, great directions from Stuart and GPS found it easily. Short easy drive to castle/town. Stuart is such a nice guy, even has beers in the fridge available. Breakfast was great, poached eggs were perfect and very good homemade brown bread. Would love to go back.

Hello the guest house was close to everywhere we needed to go . A short walk into town great scenery. Stuart was very friendly and willing to help in any way he could. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely go back

Wonderful stay! Cozy & friendly. Owner helped with taxi & dinner reservations. On bus line so easy access to restaurants if you dont have a car. Great choices from breakfast menu made fresh for time you specify. Wonderful design job with modernizing & adjusting house but keeping traditional feel. Planning on staying here again & will recommend to family & friends!

The Bed And Breakfast was lovely, spotlessly clean with good Sized bedroom and great on suite. Fresh soft towels and plenty of hot water. Beds were amazingly comfortable and I loved the Tunnocks tea cakes with the complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast was a high standard and well presented. Although we live not far from Stirling I would use the facilities again. Very central to bus and rail links too.

Stuart is an excellent host, and we found the entire experience at Ravenswood to be among the best we encountered in Scotland. We would definitely stay there again when in Sterling.

Great little Stirling stopover
We were only staying one night on our way up to Inverness, to start the NC500. We were late booking anything and weren’t expecting much as it was so last minute. However, what we found, was a great little place run by Stuart, who was friendly and informative. Lovely clean comfy room and one of the best breakfasts we’ve had for a long time. Small enough to have some interesting conversations with other guests in the dining room. Would go back again!

Location, Location!
Great location, wonderful owner who was immensely helpful and informative on local matters. Fresh baked bread each morning with a wonderful Scottish breakfast tailored to your specific wants - you don’t have to deal with haggis and black pudding unless you want - and great WiFi just around from the National Wallace Memorial. What more could you want?

Stuart was a wonderful host and very friendly and helpful! The room was super clean and the WiFi was great. Breakfast was made to order and ready at the time you had previously selected. It was delicious! I can’t recommend this place enough, would definitely stay here again!
